Chastain Jenkins & Leathers
I can't say enough about how great Christina LaFontaine has been as our real estate agent. She was simply fantastic to work with. Christina seemed to know what we were looking for before we did! She had a wonderful attitude, assisting us with every step, remaining cheerful and positive during the entire process. And she was incredibly patient, waited for us to be ready to buy a house over an almost three year period! She is the best agent I have every dealt with.

My overall experience with Chastain,Jenkins & Leathers has been an overall excellent experience. Not only did Mary help me sell my house, she also helped me decided on a few renovations that helped me increase my asking price! Chastain,Jenkins & Leathers definitely will have my business when we make our next move!

I would never recommend anyone to sign a lease with this management company. They are unprofessional and rude. Work orders are never completed in a timely manner. To get a work order completed you must constantly call the office. The manager is never on time or prepared for meetings. They do not maintain their properties like they should. I regret signing a lease with them.

Really avoid this property management company. They have some shady business practices. You have to pay for the last month in full but if you move out before the end of the month they want you to pay them with another check for the same month prorated for the days you have already paid for then wait for your first check to returned with your security deposit. The made my daughter move out 7 days before her lease was up to cause the "prorated" month to allow them cleaning of the property for new tenants.Really look else where.

Joiner & Assoc Realtors Inc
Great and friendly service. The management was very easy to work with and always responded to problems or concerns in a timely manner. I highly recommend renting from Joiner. Management seemed to care about you as a person rather than just another rent check. Very personable and easy to work with.
Tips & Advices
Employers must conduct all required training in a language and vocabulary that workers can understand. Training must demonstrate the hazards of operating certain machinery, like stone cutters and splitters, as well as how to use them appropriately. It's important to verify that your landscape contractor has taken the necessary steps to fully train its personnel and that the appropriate safety precautions are in place.
Check the specific regulations for your area, and verify that your contractor has the necessary licenses. These may include a state contractor's license, pesticide license, CDL driver's license and license to sell and purchase nursery stock.
Landscape work is not cheap, so it's in your best interest to make sure that it's done to your requirements and that you get the best contractor to do the job. Homeowners should know how much they'll need to pay for the contractor's service as well as how they will be billed for this work. Ask about any design fees, if quoted prices are fixed or estimates, and what the payment process will be. Clarifying these items in the beginning will prevent any surprise expenses.
Yes. Homeowners should require that the contractor submit certificates verifying compliance with safety, insurance, workers' compensation and drug and alcohol testing programs. This will give you peace of mind that the contractor has gone through all the steps under industry regulations.
Yes. Every good contractor should have a list of recently completed jobs that you can see in their portfolio. They should also have a list of references that you can contact, or properties that you can see in person.
