They asked me for my SSI# to get a quote. Then asked questions instead of inputting information in at that time to get the quote then, he wrote the information down to call me back in 20min with a quote. You NEVER need a SSI# and shouldn't take 20min for a simple quote
I just bought an RV. I do not know anything about RV's. The Title doesn't have the Model information. They could not figure out what type it was for me and told me that's something I need to know in order to be provided a quote. In 2007 most unwanted a motorcycle so I finally gave in after much deliberation and went and turned for my son to get a motorcycle the same day that we purchased the motorcycle we went to Wayne Smith's office and work with him personally not another person but with Wayne Smith purchased the hospitalization insurance and the coverage but we needed that were allowed for motorcycles because you cannot get the same coverage with a motorcycle as you can with the car and I wanted him to be safe and have everything he needed we spent $45 I believe that day with the check that I wrote and got a basic general receipt for the money not saying what the product was that I bought I've been with State Farm and Wayne Smith for several years and trusted them and have no reason not to trust them less than two weeks later unfortunately my son had a horrible motorcycle accident resulting in more than 9 breaks 3 in his back his hips both of them broken nearly off with in traction 3 surgeries later over a million dollars worth of hospitalization when I called the day that Steve my son had the accident and spoke personally with Wayne Wayne said I'm sorry you have no coverage out of the hospital my son got out of the hospital I then call Dwayne back and ask what happened and he says well if you can provide me with any information regarding and stating that you have coverage with me then I'll look at it and we'll go from there well I had a basic general receipt is all that I had from his office I had my notes that I had taken I could have written anything down and I could have lied but I wasn't being the one who is deceiving he was so to make a long story short we were there we did not get anything Wayne said that he did not do that he basically called me a liar so then now here we are in 2015 and we have swapped dog eating really which is an amazing agent I wish we had him from the beginning because we had an accident over the last week while we were on vacation or toilet overflowed and ruined our bathroom floor so they say they'll drop your insurance on your home if you have two and three or three and five years claims against your policy well we've had to claims against our policy and it looks like 6 years one of them was paid out one was not the one that was not paid out with our roof where Wayne himself had to know I did the killing and I just found out today that Wayne should have told me that I can withdraw that clean then so it would be counted against me well guess what when screwed us over again good ol Wayne Smith now I hope that he's not doing this to anyone else out here but I tell you what I am going to tell everybody I know what kind of agent Wayne Smith is with State Farm that he does not stand behind his product his company and he does not take care of his clients thank you
I rarely write reviews, but after years of flawless service Bill Russell's office deserves one!Through a series of stressful events, I neglected to pay an adjustment to my policy for changing vehicles. I got a reminder call weeks before cancel...didn't have my credit card at the time....so again neglected the bill. An agent called me again as a reminder that the policy "cancelled" due to my not paying, and went above and beyond to make every attempt to get continuous coverage saving me $$$$$ in penalties and unknown grief with the state for a lapse in coverage. They even followed up with a letter letting me know that I didn't have a lapse in coverage! My lack of actions in spite of their taking care of me should have resulted in a huge mess. This office is SUPERIOR in customer service and a huge asset to the State Farm Insurance Co.
