He has went over and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I am fully serviced and happy with my experience and purchases made at the Arlington store. Every time I've visited this store, regardless of if I purchase at the time of visit, I'm greeted with a warm smile and kind words. Tony's grand personality has made me feel more than a customer, rather a client of his, because he keeps great notes of my extensively detailed preferences. He offers me the opportunity to make informed decisions concerning my purchases by explaining to me in detail all options that are available to me upfront. Delivering exceptional customer service, he promptly resolves any question, inquiry or demand that arises, and even makes valid contributions to my visions by suggesting items that will compliment my selections. He has greatly exceeded all of my expectations as a sales consultant and has made my shopping experience one that I will remember forever. Please extend my gratitude to him.... We bought a house full of furniture from Ashley's in January 2017 from thier Grapevine store. The majority was delivered and was in excellent shape. The quality of the furniture was really nice. A month later we went to the Arlington store to pick up some extra end tables and chairs we did not order the first time. Ron was very helpful at that store. He went above and beyond to satisfy all of our needs and questions. Wish I would have gone to that store first. The only issue we had with Ashley is the delivery time and dates of the furniture we ordered. Some of it could not be shipped at the same time and we had to wait several days to get all of our furniture. Still waiting as we speak. However, I would recommend the store as the furniture slecection and quality are great. I have bought from Rooms to Go in the past but I am impressed with this furniture store.

I have brought two guitar amplifiers to Earhart over the years. Both experiences were extremely satisfying. The first was a Crate solid state head, which needed inputs cleaned and replaced. they repaired my amp, inspected all pots and switches, and replaced 2 inputs for a whopping $35! I was overjoyed! the second was a 15 year old Peavey Supreme 160 that had some serious need for attention with pot replacements, jack and switch cleanings, preamp tube replacement and needed a new power cable plug head replaced due to the previous owner breaking it off. alot of were replaced and it was still done before the estimated date. very quick and solid work done. i gigged with this amp for six years and never had an issue with it. excellent work and overall positive experience with Michael! I would Definetly take my repairs to him in the future.

Friendliest personnel at any store. An employee passing you in an aisle will always ask if they can help. Baggers jump to help take your groceries to the car and help you load them. Produce is always fresh. Well stocked with meats and seafood even when a big sale is on. Always have plenty of sale items. Have 4 motorized shopping carts for the handicapped. Not always fully charged (depends on time of day) but at least they're all plugged in. Employees recognize frequent shoppers with a big smile and a cheery hi there. In store bakery so baked goods are always fresh. In store Chinese food with a good selection and cooked with NO MSG.

I've seen a negative review or two about the customer pick-up process at the distribution center in Arlington, and wanted to give my opinion. I think they've got a good system - yo know people rarely post a review when things go well. But our experience this morning was just fine. Security was appropriate, they checked ID and order at the gate and again at check in. The info sheet warned about possible long waits, but we didn't have to wait long at all. A dock worker helped us load the furniture, and we were done. Everything was very well packed, and there was no damage. Basically, the experience was just what it should be!

Aaron was fantastic. My wife and I were leaving the store because the thought of buying all the items individually seemed rather expensive but Aaron asked us to look around and that he would show us that the prices were comparative to grouping the rooms together. He was correct and we were able to work a fantastic deal. The finance manager work hard to earn our business and she was as fantastic as Aaron. Second time to use Ashley Homestore. This will be the only place I buy furniture now. We were able to buy an entire bedroom and living room for less than the cost of just a bedroom at another retail chain.

I absolutely enjoyed the customer service I received by Ron yesterday. He was totally awesome. Very attentive, paid close attention to the details of what I was looking for, and he was excellent. So if anyone's interested in updated or just purchasing new furniture..... be sure to ask for Mr. Ron, you won't to disappointed at all. I walked out of there IN LOVE with my purchase. Oh and Mr. Ron, I will be back to pick up another nightstand ;)I can't wait to go back. And I will ask for Mr Ron again.

We have had our new Foster Stearns mattress for almost a week. Due to the excellent customer service provided by Sales Associate Elizabeth, we've been enjoying the best night's sleep in years. Elizabeth has obviously been well trained by Ashley in mattress knowledge. The process started with a questionnaire. We took our time, and with Elizabeth's expert guidance, now we have a superb mattress and better sleep. A huge thanks you to Elizabeth for all the smiles, kindness and patience.

Tonight we were blown away by the amazing service my husband and I received from Elizabeth Skala. We originally went in to price shop had our minds already made up to buy our formal dinning set from Nebraska furniture, That's until we met Elizabeth. Customer Service makes all the difference in the world. Not only did we buy a beautiful dinning set we paid more than we planned,she's just that good at her job.
