North Texas School Of Swedish Massage & Day Spa
I love massage schools - they are such a good value! I stumbled across this one online and thought I'd give them a try. They offer massages from current students for $30/hr or from certified massage therapists for $50/hr. Either way is cheaper than other massage places. The school is in a cute old house. Scheduling is super easy and they offer a lot of time slots. My MT was prompt, professional, she listened well, and she seemed like she genuinely cared about giving me a good experience. I fell asleep on the table twice, so that says something about how relaxed I was. The only thing I didn't like was that my MT neglected my neck/chest/head. I love that part. The environment was calming, the sheets were super soft and I could smell the freshness. Overall, I was super comfortable and I had a great experience. I will be back again and again.

LUCKY FOOT MASSAGE & SPA
OMG!!!! Awesome work...Simply comfortable chairs. Prices very reasonable. Nancy gave my body the most refreshing massage I have had in a long time. I will be back next week, bringing husband and mom. So glad I found this place. Hopefully they will have their website up again soon!

Back in Motion Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation
The service is simple: stop by one of Diane's offices for an hour or an hour-and-a-half long session. Wear your workout clothes. Give her a broad outline of your goals (or don't, she can help you there too). She walks you through several stretches, teaching you along the way.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa
Staff was very knowledgeable, and I love how professional everyone is. I can't wait to go back and get a massage and facial. I found out they even do hair removal! It is literally a one stop shop for most of your wellness and relaxation needs. LOVE IT! <3

Pamper House Day Spa & Salon
I got a facial/peel here and I enjoyed it. My esthetician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The atmosphere was quiet and calm. The prices were fair. I would go back!
Tips & Advices
At the first appointment with a physical therapist, Expect an overall assessment of your condition, which may include exercises to understand your range of motion, balance, and strength. Based on that information, the therapist can then design a regimen.
Physical therapists can work in a variety of environments. While many choose to work in a physical therapy clinic, others will operate out of hospitals and are also able to make house calls to help patients who need in-home assistance and rehabilitation.
Physical therapists can specialize in sports medicine, women's health, geriatric, neurologic, orthopedic, pediatric, and cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, among others.
See a physical therapist following a serious muscle or bone injury, especially if pain doesn't go away within a few days, is recurring and dull, or is frequent and sharp. Book an appointment if medication is not helping or if your doctor recommends it.
The majority of health insurance plans do include physical therapy treatment, but the amount covered and the co-pay for patients varies person-to-person. Medicare and workers’ compensation both cover physical therapy.
