Excellent service. Had 3 service calls in the past month. First call was to let unit Un-freeze and tech diagnosed cause as a faulty wiring panel on the inside unit. I enrolled in their annual service agreement at this time. 2nd visit was to replace the wiring panel and add 1 lb of Freon. 3rd call was 4 days later. A/C not working again. Roger the owner himself came out on a Saturday at 5pm and investigated the outside unit which apparently had a short that was preventing the unit from operating. This short was has caused by a GEKKO that had crawled inside and crossed the contact points, now charred. Once Roger got rid of his tiny crisp carcass, he reattached freshly stripped contact wires, house is cool again. Will be a loyal customer from now on. Alden ROCKS

I spent $8500 on a new Trane 2010. Today I called at 1:20 asked for a Service call for 3:00 pm because my pan is dripping water at the pvc connection onto my ceiling of my MBR. It is now 7:30 pm and no one has shown up!!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL. They acted like they only have one serviceman available to send to Burleson. HORRIBLE!! Still waiting.........

I had an issue with my a/c not cooling properly. They gave me a 2 hour time frame appointment and arrived within the allotted time frame. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable and had my a/c working properly again in a short amount of time. The price was reasonable and I have had no other issues with my a/c. I will use this company again when I have a need for any a/c service.

I had a terrible experience. After spending thousands of dollars they said (while under warranty) that I had to pay hundreds more anytime a problem arose (and there were many). I was later informed that the problems were due to improper care by them. I am complaining wherever possible and I would never work with them again. I could never trust them.

Use this company to fix our A/C over the course of two days. Work got done, but every 'service' is ridiculous when it comes to price.
Tips & Advices
You can keep your air conditioner running efficiently with some preventative care measures. Shut off the power to your AC before cleaning it or performing any of these tasks:  clean your filter at least twice a year; remove leaves and twigs from cages; clean the fins with a garden hose or special spray, then use a butter knife to straighten any that are crooked; keep your yard clean so the fins won't get blocked; cover the unit up for winter; and make sure it's level or you run the risk of damaging the inner workings of the unit.
To clean your air conditioner drain, first shut off the power to your unit at both the thermostat and the breaker. Then remove the drain pan. If the pan is full of water, soak up the liquid with a few towels or rags or use a wet vacuum. You can use a solution of water and distilled vinegar, or substitute peroxide for the vinegar, to clean out the drain pipe. Let the pipe sit for a while in the solution and then put all the parts back in place. Once you start using your air conditioner on a regular basis, check it periodically to ensure condensation isn't building up.
If you happen to live in a hot and humid area of the country, drainage problems can occur with your unit since moisture can trap itself inside the system. Routine maintenance can cut down on drainage issues by cleaning out any mold or algae from blocking the drain. If you notice moldy smells whenever you turn the thermostat down, check on your system.
If you notice your system is acting inconsistently, the sensor is most likely out of place. Turn off the unit and reach behind its control panel while carefully bending the sensor back into place near the evaporative coil.
Find out where the noises are coming from. A banging or clanking sound could be due to a loose part. If you hear a hissing sound, it's most likely because of a refrigerant leak and you should contact an HVAC technician as soon as possible.
