I appreciate that this company approved my fiancé and I for an auto loan. That is why I am giving the company 2 stars. Unfortunately, as for our loan agent, I would give her 0 stars. Initially we went in on a Wednesday, only to be called about half an hour later to be informed that she missed one document. We went in the following Saturday to complete the documents. After completing the documents we thought everything had been finalized and that we were good to go back home (which is 45 minutes away from the branch). As we were driving back home we get another call from Sharon Steele saying that she deleted the documents we had just signed. At this point we were infuriated. When we arrived at the branch to sign the documents again, we were told we had to wait. Which we didn't have time to do because we had guest scheduled to come visit from the Philippines at noon. We had 50 minutes to get back home. Which is why we had basically 5 more minutes to spend with her. As she was sitting with her customers I interrupted and informed her that we had to go. She kept telling me to wait. 2 more minutes, and then 30 more seconds. Which she wasn't be literal at all. At that point we were late so we had to leave. She actually even tried to give is $20 for our inconvenience which I gave back after we left. We will be returning Monday to finish this work unless they can just fax this work and finally get this over with. We have been working on this loan for almost 2 weeks now. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. They need to better train their employees if this is how each process is performed. A customer should not have to return back twice after it should have been completed the first time.

I just needed to take time out to talk about how much I love this branch! I have never personally worked with anyone in this location besides Victoria, because she truly loves her buisness and loves her clients! This branch has always helped me in a pinch and even helped me get some late payments off of my credit report! Do not let the mistakes of one person (see the review on 09/05/14 from Kelly) be the reason you do not visit this location, and if you have any problems see Victoria!Thank you for all that you do!

I use this location all the time. It's small, but well staffed. I never have to wait. I've also used the notary service which is free if you have an account.
