I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY CAR TO BRYAN FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS. WHEN I MOVED TO ARLINGTON 4 YEARS AGO, I LOOKED FOR A MECHANIC AND WENT THRU 3 OR 4 PLACES FROM HELL. OVER THE LAST 3 YEARS, I HAVE HAD A TUNE UP, BRAKES TIRES, ETC. AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY. I TOOK MY CAR IN THIS MORNING,BECAUSE MY CAR AT 65 MPH FELT LIKE A WHEEL WAS GOING TO FALL OFF, AFTER TALKING TO A CO WORKER, WHO SAID IT SOUNDED LIKE A TIE ROD OR CV BOOT, AND WHEN HE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM, IT COST HIM OVER $800, I WAS WORRIED. I EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM TO BRYAN AND THAT I WOULD LEAVE THE CAR, BECAUSE I ASSUMED IT WOULD BE ALL DAY. HE SAID GIVE ME A MIN. LESS THAN 10 MIN LATER THE GUYS HAD THE TIRES OFF, CHECKED THE BALANCING AND HAD THEM REBALANCED . BRYAN SAID TO TAKE THE CAR OUT TO SEE IF IT WAS OK. I BROUGHT IT BACK 5 MIN LATER AND SAID IT WAS AS GOOD AS NEW, AND WHAT DID I OWE HIM. HE SAID DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT. IN MY OPINION, YOU WILL NOT FIND A MORE PROFESSIONAL, MORE HONEST OR FAIR PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR. IM IN OUTSIDE SALES, AND DO A LOT OF DRIVING. ITS NICE TO KNOW, WHEN I HAVE ANY PROBLEM, I CAN RUN IT OVER TO ADVANCED TIRE AND AUTO, AND HAVE THE PEACE OF MIND THAT MY CAR IS SAFE AND RUNNING PROPERLY.

I was having an incredibly odd issue with my truck's cluster that was triggering the PATS in my 2003 F150 and disabling my ignition. After speaking with both Jim and Denise, they got my issue resolved a lot faster than initially expected and under budget as well. It really impressed me how clean my cluster was when they put it back in and how they took the time to do that. They also use floor mats and that says a LOT about how considerate they are of their customers - not many places do that these days.I've been afraid to drive my truck for the last few months out of fear of it stranding me (and it did.. multiple times.) I don't have that fear anymore and peace of mind is worth a lot of money in my opinion. If I ever have any electrical issues with any vehicle moving forward I'll be bringing it here.

Truck was barely running at startup after I had replaced the distributor cap, rotor cap, spark plugs and a couple of vacuum hoses. I could not figure out what it was. They said they would do a diagnostics for around $80 dollars and if there was repairs to be done they would lower the cost of the diagnostic down to $45. They called me back and said they had found the problem and it was a plug to one of the sensors would not seat as it had a piece of broken off plastic in the connection. They also replaced a vacuum line. I would have never found it. They did not have the part to replace the connector so they showed me what needed fixed and only charged me $45 for the diagnostics and the repair.

Its a relief to see some parts people who are very knowledgeable about their product. It a great place for the do it yourselfer.
Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
