I ordered a box spring on 3/8/16 with the understanding it would be delivered on 3/14/16. (It was already in stock.) I called on 3/14 and the woman who answered was very unprofessional and couldn't give me a straight answer as to when I should expect the delivery but it was not on the schedule to be delivered at all. She told me to call back today ,3/17, and talk with the person in charge of delivery. It's now almost noon and I have left 2 messages and they are avoiding my call and not calling me back. I need to reschedule my appointments at work to reaccommodate this mistake and told them numerous times of this. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone and will give a full report as to how this is handled.
I love the store and the employees. It bites having to wait so long for your things. I wanted a recliner but 6 week wait. I got the rocker recliner with a 2 week wait. It walks about 4-5 inches on carpet
Very poor customer service. I ordered a box spring and mattress and they called to tell me they would be there in 40 minutes. I left work to meet them at home. An hour later I'm calling to see where they are. The delivery driver didn't answer his phone so I called the store. They will be there in 10 more minutes. Well I had to get back to work. So now I was charged $70 for delivery charge and I don't get my product for another week! If I'm running 45 minutes late, I'm expected to extend a courtesy call. The Green Bay store, no problems. I will never go through the Appleton store again.
Worst and rude as well as condescending sales reps! POS chair in less the 30 days!!
Worst service ever. Don't shop here. And god save you if you have a warranty issue they will drag their feet so the warranty expires and the defective furniture is all yours to keep. Way to treat people who spend thousands of dollars at your store Walmart has better customer service I should have saved all my money and bought a futon from Walmart instead of this diffractive living room set.
