    Russell Automotive provides quality service and has a very educated, caring, and friendly staff. I've had my business' school bus repaired there for the last 5 years and they've always done a honest and affordable job. They've been around for 30 years, Established in 1981, just like my business. We'll always use Russell Automotive for our needs. Even some of my staff has started using them! Thanks for your hard and honest work guys!

    I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil service, once i was there and the car was checked in Steve at the service counter told me i needed some minor services and a belt changed. I was short on time and needed to go. Steve took me out to the car and showed me the belt was cracking. I still took my car. The next day i called back and had my car back in with a broken belt, I felt like a dope... I will do what i am told next time. Every one was great to deal with and made me feel better about my car repair. I will alway come back, this is my best new shop.

    I had the good fortune of being referred to Russell Automotive over a year ago when I was looking for a good repair shop near my office. The team is excellent! Service techs are great (fix it right the first time), prompt, friendly, and prices are fair. Steve and Chrissy have always treated me well.

    Brought in my wife car because this supposed place was recommended by a friend. The owner Russell was told that the car had overheating, radiator dirty and related hoses etc. and would like it all fixed and give me the total when is done. I paid $1200 for all the repairs to less than 3 days later have overheating, no antifreeze coolant water etc. problem again which did not make any sense since I paid for these sort of related problems.



    His response was, well; we did not replace all the hoses and we did not fix all related overheating problems when that was what I said and paid for in the first place; what an idiot right lol like I'm some d*** grandpa he can rip off. Well, I told him go F*** yourself and took my car and I will never go here again and I would recommend you do not either.



    Sad thing of it all was that when he was confront it with the facts, he simply got all macho and said whatever take the car instead of admitting to his d*** a** attitude and put a smile on his face but, no well here we are!
