Have lived here for over 9 years and I love it. Sooo glad that it is my home. It is quiet, peaceful and I feel like Lynn and her team sincerely care!

Beware Stay away from this place!!! Unless you want to deal with shootings, cold water, and have no where to park! These just are some of the recurring issues. Gated community with the gate being broke %80 of the time. Don't forget to purchase you $100 remote to open the gate extra! While being overpriced. Take my advice and go elsewhere like I should have done

The manegment is very bad & berry disrespectful they walk in with out knocking or antthing to your apartment it doesn't matter if your inside sleeping,out shopping nor at work...

worst place ever, i don't even know where to start, well, the office staffing constantly change due to the management selling the complex every six months, if you submit a work order for maintenance usually takes about three weeks to a month to get process, there is only one person that really works every day, is a Hispanic guy don't remember his name, my car was stolen from the parking lot right in front of my apt, drug dealers everywhere and the office knows about it and haven't done anything, the complex suppose to be a gated community but the gate does not even work 99.9% of the time, they recently install lights at every entrance but guess what?? is NOT working, seems that management does not even take this complex very seriously, so my lease ends on December and i just cant wait to get the hell out of here,

Chimney Top Apartments
Chimneytop has the worst business practices I've encountered! We've got a short in our bathroom lights, we've had a money order stolen from the offices that we were still charged for even with proof we'd submitted it. We were NOT informed that a new management company had taken over and when we did find out the staff said " well I guess the maintenance guys didn't get the notice to your door". Our car has been broken into. The gated part of the property has been broken for over 2 months now. We've to date, not received a copy of our lease. We waited two extra weeks to move in due to a "complete renovation"...we got brand new appliances and new carpet and crappy slider light switches that may or may not work at times. I am ashamed to tell anyone I live here and I would never recommend this place to someone I even remotely liked.

Discovery at Mountain View
The business was pretty good starting off when I moved in 2 years ago. From then it just went down hill. My last 6 months there, a new company took it over from California, or so I was told, and They were all just the worst. I was moving out and had spoken with 6 different people about turning in my notice all of which said they never got it even though I had a copy of it on me. During my stay there, Without any force of entry of any kind Many of my possessions began disappearing. Movies, Apple TV, CDs, and money. ( I will not state how much). I would hate to think the maintenance men were stealing from me seeing as, or at least to my face, they were really nice people, but no one else had access to my apartment but them and the front office. Also when putting in a request for work to be to was like pulling teeth, at one time I put in a request for new bulbs and a fix in the kitchen. This took 3 weeks or more to be done. Do not care for the changes made in ownership and staff at all.
