I am writing this because every couple of years my husband and I trade in our vehicle for a new one. We also send people to them. With all the business we have sent I would assume they would take care of us or at least not treat us like a new customer. I would hope they would be willing to take care of us. In May of 2012 We bout a new Durango from Cathrine who we always dealt with and by the end of the night we realized we'd been taken. My husband made it clear we will no longer buy new. It was upsetting . All I ask from this company is if you have loyal customers do what it takes to take care of them, to keep them coming back. Don't try and give them a run a round just to make a bigger commission. I really want to buy a new jeep and because of what happened my husband has said no. I have been there since for oil change and I know she is no longer there, because of this last time with her my husband won't come back. I just wish they would take care of their loyal customers. Especially ones that have bought four vehicles since 2004. Thank you Lawrence and Tabitha Johnson

I bought my first new car here and it was a great experience! Thank you Kae Scott! Kae made choosing the right car a breeze and even fun. After the purchase, and while my new car was being detailed, Kae walked me over to the service Department and scheduled my free oil change and inspection. Kae walked me through all the new features of the car and answered all my stupid questions! I even drove off with a full tank of gas and new plates, ready to roll!
