Bi-Lo
As a Bilo, this store is not bad. Produce is fresh, shelves are generally well stocked though they do run out of popular items that are on sale. Sale items are wel marked and in general the cashiers are quick, friendly, and accurate. They have enough cashiers that there are seldom more thn 3 in line, and checkout is fast, though you often end up helping bag your grocieries for the sake of speed. There are seldom pricing glitches at the register.Their sales can be great if you know your pricing and shop wisely. I check the paper and only buy the best deas here; usually your non-food tiems should be purchased elsewhere for the best prices. BOGO store brand items are a great buy, as are some sales on meats and frozen foods. Make sure you know if there are limits, sometimes they still do this on the best deals and you may never realize you overpaid. You should ALWAYS scan the receipt before leaving the store, though. My issue is with BiLo in general. Often their prices are so high that even BOGO is not a good deal. BOGO Oscar Meyer bologna at $4.49 is not a deal when SaveALot and Walmart have it at $2 all the time. I still haven't verified that they jack some prices for sales, but I suspect it.The Ful Perks program can be a huge rip-off if you take it at face value. DO NOT buy products you wouldn't normally buy just for FP, or if it's not a deal. Spending $6 on something you don't generally buy, to save an extra $3 on a fill-up isn't a savings. I ignore it when shopping, since anything not on sale can usually be bought more cheaply elsewhere, offsetting the FP. I do use the points on a fill-up when they accumulate. That brings up another point; the cost of gas is usually higher at stations that take the FP. Use them only if they bring the price lower than you can find elsewhere, and don't blow them on a $10 purchase - fill up.. You spend too much to get them, then the gas price is higher where you use them, and you can only use them once. No savings there. In short, make a list from the sale flyer and only get the best buys. Use coupons only if you use the product normally, and ignore Fuel Perks when shopping.

Save-A-Lot
If you are looking for great prices, shop here. Eckrich bologna and franks $1 each on sale, for starters. Tomatoes $1 per lb on sale, too. Yes, they have many off brands, but who cares? If you gotta have Kleenex, Lay's, Sunbeam, and Green Giant, go to Publix and pay the price. If you need to feed your family on almost no budget, shop here. I can save 25% to 50% overall on my trip, so I'm driving the six miles to shop here. They had a lot of $1 specials, and canned beans were on sale (good fiber source and we like them) so I tried a lot of new brands. The beans were great alone and in cihili, as were the tomatoes, fresh and canned. Frozen turkey chubs were also $1 per lb, great in most anything if mixed with half beef. The frozen vegs were $1 per lb package, and tasted great. The nly thing I bought that was not good: their brand of bagels. - dull and dry. I used them in sandwich melts but stil not good.I especially wanted to mention their yogurt; it's an off brand (Coburn) but SOOO good. It's very thick with big chunks of fruit and unlike any other I've tried locally. AND it's 39 cents each! The selection is limited so shop here first and be prepared to go elsewhere for some things. I make my lists by store sales; here first, Bilo (sale stuff only and even then watch the prices - BOGO bologna at $4.49 each is still not a deal if WalMart has it for $2); then Walmart for anything I gotta have that these 2 don't have good prices on. Don't have time in your busy busy busy day for all this shopping? Then you are gainfully employed (lucky you!) and don't really need to save the way the rest of us do. Really, give them a try, and Aldi as well.

GNC
I know it's probably what they have to do to keep their jobs, but a pushy sales staff is a sure way to turn off a lot of people. I personally know of at least 20 people who will promptly leave an establishment if sales staff start badgering them to buy things, especially things they don't want or need. I really wish businesses would understand this. They can call their sales tactics whatever they want, but it's mostly badgering and unfortunately, this particular GNC is very bad about it. So be advised, you may get hounded, badgered, or feel like the staff members are constantly looming over you. There is no such thing as browsing and comparing on your own in this store.

Walmart Neighborhood Market
Close to home and the hospital. Convenient. Never over crowded. Plenty of available associates to help you if you need help and are very friendly and nice. Plenty of registers always open. I never have to stand in line and wait. Always have everything I need on my shopping list. If its your regular grocery day list your shopping for and not retail shopping, then Walmart Neighborhood Market is the best. Get what you need and right out the door. Awesome!!

Anderson Bariatric Physicians PA
The nurses, physicians, and all other staff are very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and respectful! I had been to a bariatric clinic many years ago and never received the kind of service I got here! I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for help to lose that abdominal fat.

Ingles
Overall Is A Excellent Store!! Note that the cashiers and bag boys should greet their customers with a smile & be in a chipper mood & not have conversations with associates & not acknowledging the customer while the customer is checking out. Thats a bit rude.

Tips & Advices
A meal replacement is a substitute for a meal, typically a drink or a bar. While processed meal replacements have a set number of calories, many are high in added sugar and low in protein, fiber and healthy fats.
Appetite suppressants, like all drugs, have side effects, so read the fine print and discuss potential side effects with a medical professional before taking them. Stimulant-type drugs can cause insomnia, increased blood pressure, increased heart rate, drug dependence and abuse, and withdrawal symptoms. Drugs that work to prevent fat absorption can cause gas, soft stools, and oily spotting. Diet pills that affect neurotransmitters are associated with headache, nausea and vomiting, constipation, dry mouth, and dizziness.
People generally lose weight gradually and steadily (about 1 to 2 pounds per week) if they stick to a calorie-controlled plan. Increasing exercise can increase weight loss.
Medical weight loss is supervised by a medical professional and targets the causes of obesity and weight gain. Treatments can run the gamut, from diet and nutrition to pills and surgery, but the goal is to help the patient achieve and maintain a healthy weight for life.
Many people can see results in one to two weeks if they stick to their plan. Weight loss results vary from person to person and depend on factors such as starting size and caloric intake level. Including exercise in the program can accelerate weight loss.
