I called to check to see if there was a product in stock & I was transferred 3 different times, which is fine. However, every person I talked to was either short with me, or just not very kind at all. They sounded annoyed & one didn't even finish her sentence before transferring me. The woman who actually checked to see if the product was in stock was rude. I asked if they had a specific formula, and she replies "Well I need to know what kind it is!" I told her the brand and she just said "Nope, all out." Then proceeds to tell me they will be unloading a truck the following day. So I said "Okay, so you should have some tomorrow?" And she rudely replies "I have no idea, we don't know what's on the truck. I'm just telling you there IS a shipment." I do like meijer, however, this experience makes me question their hiring process because these individuals did not demonstrate adequate customer service.

Always expired food on the shelves. I had to return Bob Evans sausage because it was a week expired. The same has happened with coffee creamer, ice cream, crackers, juice, yogurt, lunch meat and crescent roll dough. I will not shop at this store again!!!!!!!

Actually this location is NOT closed and is up and running from 6 am to midnight. Great grocery store and great work atmosphere.

I wonder if Natalie works for meijers BECAUSE I JUST RECENTLY STARTED SHOPPING THEIR AFTER STAYING AWAY FOR 2 YEARS BECAUSE OF THE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT I RECEIVED. ** BUT I WONT BE GOING BACK AFTER TODAY ANYMORE BECAUSE A EMPLOYEE KEPT BUGGING ME WHILE I WAS TRYING TO SHOP BY SAYING " IF YOU FILL OUT THIS APPLICATION FOR A MEIJERS CREDIT CARD YOU WILL GET A 20% DISCOUNT IF YOU FILL OUT THE APP." SO I DID THEN I ASK HER HOW TO GET MY DISCOUNT FOR FILLING IT OUT AND ***SHE WAS LIKE OH IM SORRY. ***SHE NOT ONLY KEPT FOLLOWING ME WHILE I WAS SHOPPING AND HARRASSED ME TI FILL OUT THE APP. ****BUT SHE ADMITTED SHE WASNT HONEST!" GOOD BYE MEIJERS! WALMART DOESNT BOTHEF THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY HAVE INTEGRITY AND RESPECT FOR THEIR CYSTOMERS.
