Super K Food Store
My wife and I have been patronizing the Super K Market pretty regularly since it opened. Last year, the store charged my wife's bank card for money she did not spend there. Her card had not been stolen, her identity had not been stolen, the register at Super K charged her randomly for money she did not spend. It was the same amount as her most recent purchase. In other words, it charged her twice for one transaction. The owner, Amarjit Singh Dulai, who goes by the name of Pete, refused to take responsibility for the overcharge and, frustrated, my wife did not pursue it.Now he's done the exact same thing to me. I have a separate account from my wife's and I've used my card at the Super K. A "pending" charge in the exact same amount as my last purchase there the previous week appeared on my account on January 16---and it was a charge for the 17th! I was being charged for a purchase on the next day. That happens sometimes when you make a purchase over the weekend, but that was not the case here. I had not been in the store for days, my card was still in my wallet and had not been stolen. I took the problem to my bank. It was not done by them. It was done by the Super K Market. Amarjit once again refused to take responsibility and tried to shout me down when I was complaining to him about it.This is not an isolated incident. This is obviously something that the Super K Market in Anderson, California does regularly---ripping off customers by randomly charging their bank cards and, I presume, hoping they don't notice. The store is engaging in thievery and it's not even making an effort to hide it. If you do business there, know this: once the register has your bank information, you run the risk of being charged later for purchases you did not make.

Alliance Food & Gas
On April 26, 2016, I was billed a duplicate price for $22.50, which made it. $45. I called my bank, verified it, and opened a claim. I still have my receipt which says $22.50.

I needed caps for 1inch irrigation...can you imagine? They had them. A little bit of everything, and I don't have to drive down the hill and into town! :)

Handy Spot Market
It is not 24 hours! But it is a good store gas station.

Just a moment...
