Pepe-Phelps Construction Inc
Craig, who answered is rude and unprofessional I really hope he doesn't own this business. Or maybe that is the reason I have never heard of it. This business is doing work at my neighbors house and there starting as early as 7am, the anchorage noise compliance allows this. However its really loud banging noises on the roof, I figured he would have some regards to neighbors as we are in a residential area. I called and asked to speak about it and Craig said well there aloud too. I asked the name of the company and he read of pepe-phelps real fast. Never hearing of it,I asked for the spelling. He refused and I then told him ill just figure it out he said "yeah do that". I think is really ugly behavior for a professional business but I called the Muni and it looks like there operating under an expired permit.- HAHAA GEEE Maybe you should of been nicer on the phone???

Marathon Construction
Worst of the worst construction companies you could find. Flooded my backyard for months with the smell of diesel. Was unable to fully enjoy my property. No compensation for all the expenses that I had to put out to redo my lawn and clean up the mess they caused. My raspberries never came back because they allowed diesel to flow from their construction site through my property.

Crouts Contracting Services
I am so happy to have found crouts contracting services. I've had work done before on my home but have never been completely satisfied. Anthony was courteous, clean and didn't overcharge. He even did some extra things that he didn't charge me for. He also left the rooms he worked on spotless! I will definitely be calling for future work.

Had the utmost displeasure of speaking to the owner, it is no wonder their customer service is deplorable. DO NOT USE.

Hannah General Contracting
I have worked with Tony Hannah and his crew(s) on Residential improvements. Raised my house to make a new lower floor addition. Later they built a nice, over-sized garage. He is very knowledgeable and operates safely.

Tips & Advices
A stove hood is not legally required in most residential building codes, but it's a good idea to get a clear picture of what the rules are in your neighborhood. Even if you're not legally required to install one, there are many good reasons for investing in a stove hood. They improve conditions in your kitchen by sucking up airborne grease and cooking odors, and are available in both ducted and ductless varieties.
Yes, hardwood floors can be used in a kitchen, and can add richness and warmth to its environment. Hardwood floors are durable and resilient, even with spills and stains. They are also easy to update via refinishing.
There are many different types of kitchen counter materials. Quartz is a popular choice, and is resistant to stains and scratching. Granite counters are beloved for their look, and can boost the value of your home. If you're price sensitive, laminate counters are a great choice. Other types of kitchen counter materials include wood, marble, stainless steel, glass, concrete, and soapstone.
The average kitchen remodel takes four to six weeks. Keep in mind that this doesn't include the time required for planning and design. The time required for the remodel will vary based on the size of the kitchen. Additionally, some remodels are more extensive than others, which also impacts the time required to complete the job.
The standard height of a kitchen counter is 36 inches when measured from the floor. Kitchen appliances, such as dishwashers and stoves, are built with this height in mind. However, different customers might have different requirements when it comes to choosing an ergonomic kitchen counter. For example, the ideal kitchen-counter height for someone who uses a wheelchair is roughly 31-34 inches.
