Industrial Motoring
Most of the reviews say how great this shop is and I do have to say they have great customer service when your there and take care of what you need while collecting the money. However if your from out of the area and need work done on your lifted 4x4 you had better get every single word in wrighting. I took my family to Disney land, a 10 hour trip. When we got into L.A. Our Hummer H2 was sounding horrible. So this was the closest shop I could find and of course I had only 1 day to loose before the kids needed to be back at school and myself at work. The problem was the front hub bearings, we were told the only hub bearings they could get by the next day were from Chevrolet and they were approx $500 but had a lifetime warranty as long as I owned the vehicle. Approx $900 total. Well, under 30,000 now there bad again and the warranty is 12 months or 12,000. Bearings were not GM and supposedly my h2 had numerous suspension problems that MUST had caused this issue. In wrighting a must.

American Tire Discount
I've been going to American Best Tire Discount in Anaheim on Winston road, for many years. I found them through a friend. Most people know how difficult it is to find a good, honest auto mechanic. Look no further. I was treated well with polite and friendly service. They did what they said they would do within the time frame specified by them. This has been going on from the very beginning which is why I finally got around to writing this. I have had brakes and clutch problem fixed, check engine lite malfunctions and other things taken care of over a long period of time. I never have to worry. The prices are reasonable but the peace of mind that I am not being ripped off and that I am getting work done is Best for me. Karin and David run a tight ship. You won't be disappointed.

Big O Tires
Fantastic Quick Service! We were visiting the area from out of town and noticed that one of our rear tires had developed a leak. I called mid afternoon and they said bring it down. I arrived to a busy front counter. Out of no where a 3rd associate asked if he could help. Within minutes the car was on the rack and tire was being taken care of. While I was waiting I asked one of the gentleman if he knew of someone in the area who dealt in used hubcaps for a relatives car. He was very helpful with providing me with numerous resources. After about 15 minutes I was called to the front counter saying the tire was repaired and at no cost! I highly recommend Big O Tires of Anaheim. Thanks to the entire staff.

O C Autostyle
This place is great. They are honest and are experts at what they do. They have a nice selection of car stereos and great pricing. They did an awesome job on installing my car stereo with Sirius XM and also installing an adapter to retain my steering wheel controls. I love the unit. I bought the JVC KW-830BT. Jorge was so easy to talk to and answered all my concerns! Thank you OC Autostyle.

Big O Tires
This Big O Tires location is excellent. The waiting area is clean and the staff is very kind and professional. In fact, I just had to call them to tell them my tire that had just been put on my car was punctured by a razor. I happened to speak with the owner and he was extremely reasonable and he took care of us right away. I highly recommend them!

Tips & Advices
Yes. New tires purchased online can often be priced lower than ones at a tire dealership. Buyers can often avoid state sales taxes and locate hard-to-find tire styles and sizes, but will still have to locate a local tire installer and pay sometimes high shipping costs.
The average cost of a set of new tires is $637, with a range of between $525-$725. In addition, installation includes mounting and balancing, alignment, and disposal of old tires.
The vehicle is raised and the old wheels are removed, then the old tires are removed from the wheels. The lug nuts, wheels, and valve stems are inspected and replaced as needed. The new tires are mounted and sealed, then inflated and balanced. The wheels are then replaced on the car. The average installation takes approximately 45 minutes.
Agencies such as the Tire Industry Association promotes tire safety through advocacy and education to the industry including: manufacture, sales, repair, service and recycling. Seek a full-service tire dealer who carries a wide variety of tire types and brands and asks about the type of driving you normally do.
  • Move your car to a safe location.
  • Turn on your car’s safety lights, apply the parking brakes and remove the hubcap if there is one.
  • Loosen the lug nuts with a lug wrench (but do not remove them), raise the vehicle with a jack and then fully remove the lugnuts.
  • Remove the flat tire and replace it with the spare tire.
  • Tighten the lug nuts by hand, lower the car and then tighten them fully with the lug wrench.

Just a moment...
