San Gabriel Expert Plumbing
Our ancient 1950's toilet broke today and not only did Jesse respond and offer to come out asap, he encouraged me to try and fix it on my own - told me what replacement kit to buy and guided me through the process via text messages. Holy moly. He is our plumber for life. Genuinely such a nice and honest man. Thank you, Jesse!!

Ritz Plumbing
I would actually give them a zero but the site wouldn't allow that. My tankless water heater on my 3 unit building was not working so Ritz came out. On the phone they said they knew about tankless water heaters and how to repair them. After quickly looking at the water heater, they told me it was completely finished and could not be repaired, that the Rinnai brand was a very bad brand and that's why it did not last me longer than 2 years. They told me I needed a new one and they had a better one and that they needed to put in a water filtering system with it. They pressured me to sign. They were planning to charge me $7400. They cut all the pipes so no water could be used thereby ensuring they would have the job and I couldn't cancel it. My husband rushed home and made them tear up the contract. It cost me $550 to repair the mess of the cut pipes. Another plumber had the water heater fixed completely in a couple of hours. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST.

Drain Busters Rooter & Plumbing Service
I called Gary in the morning, he had a truck out to my tenant's house by 11, quoted me a fair price at the beginning of the job, then LOWERED it when the repair turned out to be simpler than anticipated.. You can bet he's the one I will call for the next job ( and there always is one! )

I have used them before but not as timely and not as experienced, like the rooter services I have called in the past.

Drain Busters Rooter & Plumbing Service
I had several drains clogging at one time and water coming back up making a mess. Gary was very professional, arrived when he said he would and cleaned out my drains. He gave me great advice on preventing this issue and cleaned the areas up before he left leaving each area as good as new, all this and a very fair price. I would definitely use his service again and I will recommend him to others as well. He never tried to sell me a service I didn't need which I appreciate! Call Gary he's the best!!!

Drain Busters Rooter & Plumbing Service
Gary from Drain Busters did a great job at very reasonable pricing and is to be commended for his service. He replaced two old toilets for me that were giving me a problem. He even drove me to his wholesaler and let us buy the toilets and didn't charge us extra for that. He didn't charge by the hour, just the actual job and even though it took longer than expected, he did not charge more. I would highly recommend his services.

I couldn't believe the price for the quality of work I got. Didn't charge extra for weekend service either. Great plumbing company.
Tips & Advices
The following tools and common household objects can be used to clean drains at home:
  • A plunger
  • A drain snake
  • Baking soda
  • Vinegar
  • Grease-fighting dish soap
Homeowners can mix boiling water with any of the last three products to break up grease and grime.
The main ingredients in clog removal liquid products are sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite. According to the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, both break down into relatively harmless components when it comes into contact with water or soil. However, both substances cause mild irritation to skin and internal tissues.
Also known as a drain auger, a drain snake is a coiled device around ┬╝-inch thick. To use a drain snake, put the end into the entrance of the drain. Turn the handle to force the snake deeper, using extra pressure to force it through the bend in the pipe. Keep turning until the snake hits the clog, then either pull the snake and remove the obstruction or force it through. Once the snake is out of the drain, run the water on full blast for a few minutes to ensure the obstruction is completely removed.
Plungers don't damage residential pipes, but the force created by the act of plunging weakens the seal between the toilet and the floor.
Many plumbers, both local businesses and nationwide chains, offer emergency or same-day services.
