Plaza Inn
When it's dinner time at the Disneyland Resort our family never questions where we'll be digging in--it's always the Plaza Inn. The beautiful Victorian-designed restaurant, complete with crystal chandeliers and ornate window coverings, is located on the east side of Main Street near the entrance to Tomorrowland. It offers hearty, tradition dinners including pot roast, pasta dishes, salads, delicious desserts and our go-to dinner, fried chicken. The chicken dinner costs $13.99 and comes with four pieces of chicken. Kids meals are $7.50 and only come with a small portion of food. If you have two children, I suggest having the kids split one adult dinner. Just ask for an extra plate. During our last visit, my husband, our three boys and I split two adult dinners among us and were full. (We did have a few snacks for our toddler, but could have easily fed all of us.) Of course we saved room for a churro dessert a little later.

Tony Roma's
I went there with my wife and my parents. Ordered the sirloin entree and requested my sirloin to be medium rare to medium. Server suggested bringing it out medium rare to see if it was what I wanted and if not, could easily cook it more. When I received my entree, it was well done. I simply pointed it out and did so with no attitude and they came back with a new entree that was perfect.Out of the blue, the server and manager came by to apologize again and they comped my entree. No other restaurant I have been to ever gave the service I had received from them.I have gone back since and the service was the same with more attention to detail from the chefs.

Stage Door Cafe
The Stage Door Cafe is located next to The Golden Horseshoe theater and restaurant located in Frontierland. While the Horseshoe is better known for its infamous Billy Hill and the Hill Billies shows and ice cream creation, it does offer a small lunch menu. Next door at the Stage Door, guests can get fish and chips, chicken tenders and those amazing Disneyland corn dogs. The Stage Door always has a shorter line than the Main Street corn dog cart, so head over there instead!

Rainforest Cafe
This is probably my favorite location of them all! This is not only a great family place (kids dig it) but you can come with friends or even by yourself after work for a drink at the bar. The food is great and I don't think its really all that unhealthy either. Very good service here too, but the people in the gift shop are always too busy to be of any real help.

Storytellers Cafe
This restaurant is located in the Grand Californian Disney hotel. Lunch is only off the menu while breakfast and dinner have buffets. You need reservations for the breakfast since they do the special character breakfast and lots of kiddies are taken there to start their day.

Carnation Cafe
Everything was alright. Mickey waffle was good, but apple topping was too sweet. We saw our waiter once. The sausage was too soft and the over medium eggs were over cooked. It was good, but not enough to come back.

Rainforest Cafe
This is a great place to bring kids, but don't come for the food. It's not terrible, but isn't great either. It is however super entertaining for little kids with all of the animal noises & aquariums!

Cafe Orleans
The food at the Cafe is delicious and the atmosphere is just lovely! This is a perfect spot to recharge and people watch before you pop into the shops right next door for some strolling and shopping!

BJ's Restaurants
BJ's has a terrific upbeat atmosphere, great food and fresh brewed house beers. Love their personal pizzas and wedge salads. It has become a regular stop for me for both lunch and dinner.

The Catch
Delicious steak and seafood restaurant in Anaheim. I ordered salmon with chive mashed potatoes and carmelized Brussels sprouts. I usually avoid Brussels sprouts but these were delicious.

Just a moment...
