Cool Action Service
Beyond happy with the way this company handles issues. They arrived at my house at a time that was convenient for me and he went over everything that was installed in a very thorough manner. He answered all my questions and was incredibly knowledgeable patient and nice. He assessed the new installation, the existing electrical panel, and measured the temperature of each room, including the walls to ensure I was getting maximum efficiency and calibrated my thermostat to work exactly as I had hoped. I would recommend their services to anyone because they really go the extra mile to provide great customer service, they simple make it right. More company's should follow their lead. Thank you.

Cool Action Service
Excellent Customer Service, Top-Notch and Professional install crew!Read the other reviews and was sold before I even called for an estimate. He came out for a quote (right on time), and listened to our concerns and desires for what we wanted to achieve with a complete HVAC remodel. I had done some online research myself and because of good marketing was convinced of what I needed (although I have no experience in heating and air). He was very honest and transparent, explaining what type of system we would need to meet our goals of zoning the home and keeping the front, He said we didn't need all the bigger fancy stuff I had convinced myself I wanted, but would provide us a quote for both if we really wanted. He got back to us very quickly, with a quote for a system that would do exactly what we wanted.

Anaheim Heating & Air
I recently had Anaheim Heating & Air Conditioning come to my house to service my air conditioner that wasn't cooling. This was the second company I called because the first company came out for free but found so many things wrong with my unit I just didn't trust them. Anaheim Heating came out and they charge $90 for a service call. Lloyd was the technician and was so nice and knowledgeable. He told me I had a small leak, found the leak, recharged my unit and my bill was only $215!! That's a lot better than what the other company quoted me. It was in the thousands! I will forever use Anaheim Heating & Air Conditioning for all my future heating and air conditioning needs. I've refereed them to my friends and family and they were happy with their work as well. Thanks again!
Tips & Advices
You can keep your air conditioner running efficiently with some preventative care measures. Shut off the power to your AC before cleaning it or performing any of these tasks:  clean your filter at least twice a year; remove leaves and twigs from cages; clean the fins with a garden hose or special spray, then use a butter knife to straighten any that are crooked; keep your yard clean so the fins won't get blocked; cover the unit up for winter; and make sure it's level or you run the risk of damaging the inner workings of the unit.
To clean your air conditioner drain, first shut off the power to your unit at both the thermostat and the breaker. Then remove the drain pan. If the pan is full of water, soak up the liquid with a few towels or rags or use a wet vacuum. You can use a solution of water and distilled vinegar, or substitute peroxide for the vinegar, to clean out the drain pipe. Let the pipe sit for a while in the solution and then put all the parts back in place. Once you start using your air conditioner on a regular basis, check it periodically to ensure condensation isn't building up.
If you happen to live in a hot and humid area of the country, drainage problems can occur with your unit since moisture can trap itself inside the system. Routine maintenance can cut down on drainage issues by cleaning out any mold or algae from blocking the drain. If you notice moldy smells whenever you turn the thermostat down, check on your system.
If you notice your system is acting inconsistently, the sensor is most likely out of place. Turn off the unit and reach behind its control panel while carefully bending the sensor back into place near the evaporative coil.
Find out where the noises are coming from. A banging or clanking sound could be due to a loose part. If you hear a hissing sound, it's most likely because of a refrigerant leak and you should contact an HVAC technician as soon as possible.
