What started out as a negative experience turned around today due to the owner Randy. I had dropped off four of my husbands suit pants on Monday to be dry cleaned. I went the next day to pick them up and they said they were not ready yet. Then again the next day but this time I was told they could not find the items. I called Randy first thing this morning and he was very helpful and was going to do whatever it took to make it right. By 5pm he called to say they did find the pants under a different name. He did not charge me for them either. During the process I was not going to write a postive review but because of how Randy handled things it spoke volumes about his customer service. Mistakes sometimes are made but he did not pass the blame off to anyone else. He only did what he could to fix the problem and that means a lot to me as a customer.
