I've had nothing but good experiences with this property. My apartment was ready on time and is very quiet and convenient for me and my family. The staff have always been very helpful. Overall, I'd recommend it.

Management SUCKS! The ladies in the office don't know how to run a business. They enjoy making you go weeks without your stuff being fixed, even if you request it. They will NOT help with any maintenance ether. I needed help finding specific lightbulbs for my apartment. They wouldn't replace them, basically left it to me. I ran all across town, after buying ones I thought would fit and getting frustrated when they didn't. Everytime i'd go to unscrew the 1930 light fixture, (it shattered on me) I ended up buying a brand new light fixture (A FAN). I asked them to prorate me for going out of my way to fix their simple problem, they told me no and it's pretty much my problem. This place is AWFUL! They won't clean your carpets after you RENEW your lease. There's people all throughout the complex that smoke marijuana. You smell it at night when you walk through the complex. Family Friendly? NO WAY!! They only allow TWO people in the pool area with you. Even if you have THREE KIDS they'll make you leave! This is by far the worst apartment I've ever lived in. I wish I could give them negative stars because they don't even deserve one.Sincerely, One ticked of tenant!

The management refuses to make timely repairs to the heating and air conditioning on the weekends. I have lived in this complex for less than three months and my heat has stopped working. I contacted management and they start spewing the corporate language about not making repairs when the temperature is above or below outside. I will be moving when my lease is up.

This place is a nightmare and very nasty !! The new mgmt is pathetic and has changed all rules and is leasing to her Drug/Thug friends !! Cops called out constantly because if fights and loud noise from parties ! She won't evict them because they're her friends . She'll also find ways to get you to pay more on rent by saying you didn't pay on time if you drop your rent in the night box after hours even though it's on the rent day !!! Crooks big time !!!Nasty grounds and the smell of dog poo and cat urine all around the buildings !! Roaches crawling everywhere outside because of the trash that residents leave outside !!!

Panhandle Greenhouses
We have been using Panhandle Greenhouse for at least 5 years. We absolutely love Rhonda and James, their kids and all of their employees! All of them have spent a lot of time answering EVERY question I have, from shade to sun loving, can this grow together, tree sickness problems, grass Bermuda vs fescue, I can be needy with questions. They never hurry me and they honestly help me figure out and answer every question. Yes I have bought and planted bushes that died. Though no fault of panhandle greenhouse. There are factors that go in to your gardening and flower planting that doesn't have anything to do with the greenhouse. I believe our bushes died due to root rot, because our sprinkler was set wrong and they were over watered. And we put them in a place where we cut down huge cedar trees which make the ground very acidic. This can make your soil not conducive to growing other plants. If you bought plants there and they were living and you get home and plant them and they die, it's probably your soil problem or planting technique. Favorite greenhouse and customer service in Amarillo!

They have the best service! The manager and assistant manager do everything in their power to help you not have to be evicted. They try to work with you until they no longer can. Maintenance works hard to get your stuff fixed. I dont have a bad experience at all! The new management is awesome compared to where we were before they came in and nothing got fixed or done. Give them a try!

Residence at Townsquare
Horrible Apartments, Had to call maintenance once a week. Elevators always out of service due to people moving in and out all the time. Hot water took awhile to heat up every morning, AC went out in the middle of summer, no ACH electronic draft for rent, no drop box, no privacy at all even though they have gates by the elevators, can always hear people in hallways! DO NOT MOVE HERE, I got the hell out as soon as I could.

The worst place we've ever lived!! From the last post in 2009- they have roaches for almost a DECADE!! ALL of our appliances ( kureg coffee machine, microwave, blender, water cooler-- EVERYTHING) stopped working because roaches infested them! We have endured living here for 6 months NEVER received a mailbox key, central air dosnt work, sink constantly backs up, dishwasher is infested with roaches. Countless calls to management have been made with zero results! They bang on the door unlock it come in without consent demanding rent threatening a lock out. At this point will gladly take my children and live in a hotel!!!

Texas Panhandle Centers
Staff is nice and friendly, Professional Staff does it's best to help you, and the facility is clean and orderly. The only reason I give this place a 4 stars is due to the limits of medical treatments for mental health. They do what they can: listen, talk, make an action plan, and licensed professionals prescribe meds and alter as necessary. Been here almost a year, and although some improvement is noted, my life is still greatly affected by mental health issues.
Tips & Advices
The primary service of nurseries is production and/or sale of plants, trees, and related products. Some nurseries provide delivery and installation of plants and trees. Nurseries can also provide irrigation materials, service and irrigation management, landscape design and maintenance, lawn care, and tree service and maintenance.
While there are many nurseries that provide various product guarantees (usually with limitations), each establishment has its own set of rules and policies. Ask questions and do your research before buying.
Nurseries are able to nurture a plant from seedling to mature plant with skill, potentially increasing its longevity and health. All you have to do is maintain it. Nurseries have the resources and personnel to handle a wide variety of plant life, which creates a more diverse selection for the consumer, and can help  guide you in growing your own green thumb.
Besides the obvious geographical difference, the main thing separating indoor from outdoor plants is their temperature tolerance. Some require cooler temperatures and shade; others need more direct sunlight and warmth; some are flexible and able to thrive in either environment, provided the temperature differences are not extreme.
The best plants for low-maintenance care include ficus, spider plant, Mother In Law’s Tongue, cacti or cactus, Peace Lily, Touch-Me-Not, ivy, succulents, and Kalanchoe. Each of these plants requires minimal watering and attention (but still might like you to talk to them).
