I've been to many dealerships before. They would always make it almost impossible to work with. Went into Toyota to browse at vehicles after my Acura had been totaled. I was approached promptly, checked out a few cars and suvs. Finally chose a car of my liking without being told it would be out of my price range! Went in and got probably the best deal I could have asked for. Definitely THE best customer service experience I've had. Did not struggle at all. Drove home in my 2015 Corolla that same day. 5 star rating to my sales man Gustavo Sanchez for helping me out!

They are unethical, immoral, improper, and all around disgraceful and dishonest. I felt disregarded and disrespected from the beginning. I was LIED to more than once, rushed through paperwork ultimately screwing myself, and didn’t even sign or get informed of things important and nessessary. I filed a complaint with the BBB - response was that I was ignorant and sorry for your luck, you signed the contract. I should have NEVER let them rush me and not read every inch of that contract. I was completely CHEATED and LIED to!1.should be illegal & is unjustifiable-I was told & had it written down that my interest rate was 18% contract is 19.36% not informed. they are unwilling to resolve.Payments supposed to be under $200.00/month $125.00/biweekly.Extremely pissed off about the only other stipulation for the sale was a new good set of tires from discount tire so I could have their warranty. The tires are very low grade tires may have been used or really old & no warranty from discount tire. it was written down on paper. Wouldn’t even let me take the truck for a day so that I could have it checked out.Interior lights missing covers. Sensor dash light for tires still on.Dealers fee $25 unnecessary considering amount already making off of me.Within first couple weeks 1 door speaker either busted or went out.Documentation fee of $125 I feel shouldn’t have been charged to me considering that they didn’t do all paperwork they were supposed to.I recently found out there's GPS tracking installed & able to shut off my truck. I had no idea and spent 2 days having it worked on thinking something's wrong one of the papers I was supposed to signedThe customer service from everyone in the place was horrible and disrespectful They really feel like they can do as they please to anyone and treat people like they don’t matter and as someone they THINK they can get over on I will say they defiantly did with me but I refuse to let it slide so PLEASE don’t buy from Pete's

4 Days and 1000 dollars later, I have what I could have done in 5 hours. I didn't want to do the install myself this time. I gave them the prior system that was in the car I sold. I upgraded it the other day. I found all factory wiring in place, charged for new and installation of all new wiring. i have done business with them for over 15 years. They will never get another penny of mine.

This company is more concerned about the cooperate companies and seems to forget that EVERY customer should count.( including the little people) They told me that they were too busy to check windshield wipers, but yet they were just standing around. Doing nothing!!!! Really? They lost this customer! !! Never again will I go there. I went to another place and had very courteous employees. O'Reilly needs to take customer service lessons!

We will never shop here again! The salesmen saw a young couple walking in the door and immediately went to work trying to sucker us. They actually laughed out loud at our budget (we knew it was small but had researched and knew we could find what we needed for the price). We said we wanted a used vehicle and one salesman actually looked me in the eye and said, "I have 5 daughters so I'm only thinking of your safety when I say you should be looking at a new car." When we told them a vehicle with higher miles (over 100K miles) didn't scare us they asked if my husband was a mechanic and that's why the high miles didn't bother us. They refused to give us but a few sticker prices and all of those were $6-7K more than our stated budget. We told them what we would be comfortable financing and they told us it was impossible to work with that number but if we were willing to finance 7.5 times that amount they could help us. If we hadn't known what we were doing they would have happily taken advantage of us. We will NEVER shop here again.

Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
