I got my phone replaced here and the screen wasn't put on correctly whats so ever. There is light coming through all 4 sides of the phone as well as the buttons. The screen is very dull in color and not vibrant like it used to be. I would not recommend this place if you want an accurate fix. Apple Store charges less and does a better job.

Went in to this location for a simple JUMP to new phone. I got a lot more than what I was hoping for due to the fact that this location is not a corporate store thou the sales reps would tell you they are. This location is a third party Operated by Express Locations, LLC. Beware this store would have you think that the amounts of their phones can only be sold in bundles to get the online price and financing on their phones. You will not get any supporting documents stating your required to purchase a bundle to get posted amount. If you have multiple phones expect unknown charges on other lines. They will slam you with accessories that are not necessary, pass this location by all means. Pablo, which goes to other locations (Rio Rancho) (Coronado mall) also Luis and the female store manager are hustlers that will add accessories to other phone lines on your account, without your knowledge trying to hide their scam.

Saturday is not a good day to go in there. I suppose it's because they are only open for four hours on that day. Anyways, went in to have them repair a phone they replaced for me just three weeks ago (the screen stopped working) and they said that they needed the receipt and to come back on Monday. Pretty sure I don't have the receipt anymore, so am interested in what they will say when I show up on Monday. Will update when I see them on Monday.... Monday now and the store requires payment of an additional $30 to investigate the problem. I will be using another company to make future repairs.

Everyone hates the cellphone. I was afraid to get one because I just hate arguing about an obscure bill and overcharges.I was very happily surprised with this store because they had patience with me, (I didn't know anything about cell phones) and taught me how to operate my phone. When I didn't understand my bill, they were happy to explain it to me without rolling their eyes at my ineptitude.Verizon bought out Alltel, and so I hope that the service will not flush down the toilet.
