Quanz Auto Care, Inc.
My car had a loud noise coming from the engine and Quanz was the closest place to pull into. They got me in right then and there but told me it would take them a day to fully diagnose the vehicle and they would get me in a rental. Turns out they have an enterprise inside of their office too! They gave me a car to drive and didn't charge me because I was getting my car serviced. They called the next day to explain the necessary repairs and that if I would like them to move forward they would have it ready within a couple of hours. When I picked it up the mechanic went over everything with me to make sure I understand what happened. From the front desk to the staff, everyone was very nice. Great business. Highly recommended.

Collision 1 Body Shop
A few months ago I was hit by an uninsured driver and the result was $1600 in damages. Their representatives were very nice and kept me in the loop during the repair process, which took only four days. Only a few weeks later, my truck was towed and the towing company damaged a headlight on the same side that collision one had already replaced. I went back to collision one to get another copy of my estimate and the pictures that they had taken after the first repair to show the light was in working order before the tow, which they had readily available. They were able to fix the headlight and the broken bulb inside right there on the spot. Highly recommended if you need work done!

Car Crafters (northeast)
My ONLY body shop from now on. We decided to drop my car off at around 6:30 in the morning...well before the shop opened. The manager just happened to be getting things ready for the day, unlocked the doors for us and was able to secured our paper work. Fantastic customer service! I love that you can rent a car on site. When I got my car back, the work was exactly what I requested, and when it was all said and done, they were able to repair some panels that they originally thought would need to be totally replaced...so my final cost was quite a bit less than my original estimate! Bravo guys, an all around 5 stars for your honesty, integrity, and fantastic workmanship!

A Dent Express, Inc.
I have a pearl white (difficult color to work with) Infinty, and my lovely wife has dinged it up a few times. Estimates came in below what we expected to pay each time and work and service were excellent. My wife she says she won't take the car anywhere else and I can see why... Great work every time, and dependable honest service.

Had my car dent fixed and bumper repainted. The original 2004 paint job outlasted the paint job by A Dent Express. Their paint job sucks! Bumper paint is faded, peeling and looks terrible. Next time I will trust my car to Maaco!

Quanz Auto Care, Inc.
Absolutely fantastic service! Jerry at the Westside location is great. This comes from someone who hates anything having to do with car insurance and accident repair. This is a great place.

S & V Automotive
This shop was great to work with. They did a great job on the car, all at a reasonable price and without sacrificing quality. My car was completed quickly and I appreciated that!
Tips & Advices
Using a variety of tools and processes, many of which require specialized training, auto body mechanics primarily repair cosmetic and structural damage to vehicles after accidents occur. They can also enhance a vehicle’s appearance and performance by replacing and adding new parts to a vehicle’s body.
This depends on the severity of the work that needs to be done. Something such as paintless dent repair for a few small dents can take an hour. Whereas auto body repairs for damages caused by a major accident can take multiple days to correct.
All auto body parts can be repaired but there is a threshold for the level of repairs possible. Parts can be damaged beyond repair and would need to be wholly replaced.
Auto body parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, usually based on what the part’s purpose is. Vehicle frames body panels, bumpers, roof racks, and other items that need to be strong and durable are usually constructed from steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to rust and high temperatures. But aluminum is quickly becoming a popular material of construction due to its lightweight yet durable nature. Body kits and other aftermarket parts like spoilers and hoods can be constructed from one form of plastic or another.
Yes, the vast majority of car makes and models have aftermarket parts available for many of their components. But higher-end vehicles typically have less aftermarket parts available since they often use specialized materials and manufacturing processes that are difficult to duplicate for many aftermarket manufacturers.
