National Roofing
Over more than ten years, functioning as an independent Professional Roofing & Waterproofing Specialist Consultant, I have had an opportunity to interact with not only National Roofing's management, but also several of their contracting crews. They call themselves the premier roofing company in Albuquerque and I wholeheartedly agree. That is not to say that every aspect of their work always goes well all the time, but never does National Roofing not go the second mile (and then, when necessary, the third mile) to correct problems to my satisfaction and the satisfaction of the building owner. They are a respected and trusted contracting firm without question.

Patrick Donnelly Roofing
We just had an entire new roof put on our house and had a very good experience with Patrick Donnelly Roofing: - I prefer working with a locally-owned small business.- His bid was reasonable - the third lowest of 8 bids. - He started when he said he would. - His crew did a good job keeping the job site clean and did a good job cleaning up when they were done. - He re-framed, re-mounted, and resealed our skylights. - Sloping the roof required adding 1 to 4 inches of rigid foam insulation. The house is easier to heat now. - We have had a three good rains since he finished, and the new roof has not leaked!

K-Ram Inc.
We used K-Ram Roofing after getting 2 other bids. Their bid was the same or better than the other 2 companies. They were responsive and got back to us quickly. They offered a suggestion on the composite color and worked within our timeframe. They worked quickly and finished on time/ahead of schedule, the yard was picked up and cleared of most debris and nails and the roof looked great! We have since moved and whenever our new house needs a roof, we will go with these roofing companies albuquerque nm again.

Best Quality Roofs
ALL roofing companies are NOT the same. We are shoppers. Best Quality Roofs were honest, dependable, and meticulous. Job well done. They were able to fix our roof rather than replace it--something that the"other" guys did not recommend. The savings were incredible. We will refer them to everybody that inquires. THANK YOU for a job well done!

Custom Roofing Corp
They did an outstanding job of replacing the roof on my house after hail damage. It was easy to contact them. They came to do the roofing when scheduled. They worked every day. The work was of the highest quality. They did an excellent cleanup of the roof and yard when finished. Their price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

KRAM has done two different jobs for me. One was a pitched roof and the other a flat roof. My tenants are happy with their new roofs and I am very pleased with the workmanship and the excellent customer service. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family.

Ex-El Co Inc
My foam roof was installed in the late 90s. The roof came with a 20 year warranty. Since then, the company has reorganized into 2 companies, A New Millenium Sprayfoam Roofing and Ex-el Shell Systems.Neither company will honor the 20 year warranty.

Villa's Roofing
The company did a good job on our roof and solved our problem. We had our roof re-done and the material used made the house much cooler during these hot days. We appreciate Villa's Roofing recommendation in using this new material.

Tips & Advices
The most common types of roofing material are:
  • Asphalt shingles
  • Metal roofing
  • Slate shingles
  • Concrete roofing
Metal roofing material and algae-resistant asphalt shingles are the appropriate roofing material for rainy climates.
Houses located in  areas which are prone to wildfires, should avoid the use of flammable roofing materials such as wood shingles.
Not only should you ask to get in contact with past clients, it is also recommended that  homeowners visit projects currently underway to see how the contractor or company actually performs during a job. You can also go online and check out other customer reviews.
Reputable roofers do offer a warranty against poor workmanship. Additionally, the material used often carries a warranty from the manufacturer against defects (assuming proper installation). It is the homeowner’s responsibility to check on the availability of all such warranties before any work is performed.
