Handyman Svc Albuquerque Nm
Contractor took half the money up front. 2 weeks overdue. Continued to request more money as time went on. Did not complete even half of the project. Took materials and ran! Look up on Better Business Bureau.

Bill's Affordable Maintenance
I called Bill's for a few home repairs and was pleasantly surprised at Mr. Bill's positive "can do" attitude....I also LIKE THE PRICES, and was surprised at the QUALITY OF HIS WORK....I would MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this place to my friends and family.

J & S Masonry
Jerry was scheduled to do a simple waterproofing of a cinder block wall shared with my neighbor. He failed to call me back as promised to schedule a day/time. When I called him he then scheduled a date and then no-showed. When I called a week later, he stated he was swamped and the job was too small & referred me to his father. Why didn't he refer me to his father in the first place? No excuse for the lack of communication, no matter what the size of the job. Too bad to because we had plans to raise another adjoining property wall and build a front patio area requiring lengthy design and landscaping. Nice guy, but very disappointed.
Tips & Advices

On average, it costs $25-$50 per square foot for basement refinishing. Those numbers can climb as high as $100 per square foot depending on materials and labor. On average, most basement refinishing costs around $30,000. Before getting estimates, it’s a good idea to know your square footage and work out a per-square-foot budget so you know what you can afford.
The National Air Duct Cleaners Association recommends having your ducts cleaned every three to five years. While there are variables for all homes, such as number of residents, air quality and pets, every two years is considered adequate maintenance of your ducts.
If you are looking for straight return-on-investment value, the best home improvement project is insulation. That might may seem surprising, but valuable energy efficiency makes it the top home improvement project.
