DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE !!!THESE PEOPLE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS AND HAVE EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE .... THEY CHARGE YOU TRIPPLE THE AMOUNT OF WHAT THE PRODUCTS ARE WORTH . A COMPLETE RIPP OFF !!! IF YOU WANT WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A BETTER DEAL ON FURNITURE RENTALS GO TO AARONS!!! THESE PEOPLE AT THIS RENT A CENTER LOCATION ON OLD COORS AND CENTRAL LIKE TO HARRASS THEIR CUSTOMER AS WELL!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS OR YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I DID

As a customer of Aaron's for over ten years, having made in excess of $15,000 in purchases, it appears today is the day I will cease my relationship with this organization.Over the years I have been for the most part satisfied with the leadership team and customer service - NO MORE. Made a recent purchase of an XBOX at over $500, within two weeks the 'reader' failed to read discs, hence, the game stopped working.Because of this I made a trip across town to take the console into the store. Upon returning to the unit the assistant manager (Tanya) insisted it was no big deal, I could have a loaner, and mine would be repaired within a couple of weeks. I suggested I had received a 'lemon' and asked for a new unit, but was denied, so resolved myself to make the best of it.Finally after SIX WEEKS I received a call that the repair was completed, so I made ANOTHER trip across town to return the loaner and pick up my 'new' repaired console.Within about six weeks, the reader STOPPED WORKING AGAIN, so I made ANOTHER trip back to the store - COMPLETING EXPECTING MY UNIT TO BE REPLACED! My concerns were again blown off by the assistant manager, and somewhat miffed I left in a huff.A couple of days after the next lease payment became due I received a call from their collections department (again, I have been a customer over 10 years and purchased over $15,000 of product.) I explained to the collections person (Brandon) that I had made three trips across town and would be making another to pick up the once-again repaired console (at least a few gallons of gas) and a significant investment of my time (which is NOT FREE), and that I expected to be comped for the current month.I'll share at this point that my previous purchase at this same store was a used Surround Sound/DVD player, which also malfunctioned and I discovered had mismatched speakers- WHICH ALSO NECESSITATED THREE TRIPS BACK AND FORTH TO GET RECTIFIED!!!Never heard back from collections, then about a week ago received a call from someone else in collections (John). Explained the situation and he said "No worries, I completely understand and will get it taken care of."Think it ends there? NOPE! Another week of silence, and then last night they showed up at my door as I was walking out for an appointment. Needless to say I was not happy, and I was anything but polite.I just got in from work and now have the unit packed up. I just called the store manager (Phil), who was out for lunch, and will be him calling again within the hour.I am not about to make a trip to take them this broken down unit that they insist would be 'fine' after the initial repair, and then refused to replace with a new unit went it malfunctioned a second time within a few short weeks of the first repair.They are welcome to pick it up and alienate a long-term customer, all in the name of HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I welcome whatever BS rebuttal might be levied on this review site by their leadership. If you thinking of choosing Aarons, think long and hard, and if you post to this review I'll be happy to provide you my number so I can further share my experience.
