Mercedes-Benz Of Albuquerque
We purchased an A7, from Audi Albuquerque in July. We were actually considering an SUV or possibly a midsize car, but fell in love with the A7 and bought it. Prior to our purchase, we researched and looked at other luxury vehicles in this price range, while observing the dealerships, that were available in Albuquerque and none came close to the A7 or Audi Albuquerque. The professionalism and ease to do business with Audi Albuquerque made our Audi A7 purchase an exciting and enjoyable experience. CJ was our sales person and was very knowledgeable and informative about the different models and features of each of them. We never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle there, but CJ was available to answer any questions we had. The entire process of purchasing the vehicle was seamless. Surprisingly, they made a fair deal without all of the back and forth haggling which I refuse to participate in. The paper work process was simple, straight forward and expeditious. From the point we decided to purchase to the point we were driving away, took less than 1 hour and 20 minutes. We had the dealership tint the windows, add a clear bra and install a concealed radar detector system. Again, they exceeded all expectation with their attention to detail. Nick made the appointment streamlined and trouble free. He had the loaner vehicle up front, garaged and ready to go. Antonio, head technician, ensured that all of the work was done to meet every expectation by working with me on the placement and method of installing the radar system.Everyone at Audi Albuquerque who I have dealt with, which includes Tripp the GM, Dave the sales manager, CJ & Robert in sales, Nick and Marcas in service and Antonio the head technician made it clear they have a passion for their product and care about their customers. Each one have made themselves engaging and approachable for questions or concerns. Tripp, the new General Manager, has taken this dealership to a new level! Not only is the car itself a dream, our purchase and service experience with the dealership solidifies that we made the perfect decision in purchasing this vehicle from Audi Albuquerque.

Melloy Nissan Albuquerque
Melloy Nissan was a HUGE help to my boyfriend and me this past week. We stayed in LA all summer and figured we'd stop by ABQ on our way back to St. Louis (home!) where I have an important job interview. We were 20 minutes outside of Albuquerque when our 350z suddenly overheated and lost engine power. Completely unfamiliar with the area, we called AAA and asked that we get towed to the nearest Nissan dealership. Thank God it was Melloy! We ended up having to park the car in the street since they were closed for the night, so we dropped our keys in the drop box and prayed that our car could get looked at first thing in the morning. My boyfriend got called BEFORE 7:30am (the service dept's official opening time) and was told that our car would be their top priority. The staff was incredibly reassuring and told us they'd try to finish the radiator repair by the end of the day. Turns out, Melloy had to get parts from two separate stores yet still had the car ready to go by 5pm! Not only that, but we were able to get picked up from our hotel by an extremely courteous and friendly Melloy employee named Steve. The repairs definitely weren't cheap, but pretty comparable to anywhere else. Everyone was friendly and really understood that we were in a bind. Thanks to Melloy I'm getting to my interview on time tomorrow!

After hearing really great things about The Garage Auto Repair from several relatives and friends, I decided to give them a try. There are plenty of good things to say about this shop. My first experience with themwas a very good one . First of all, each and every employee that I dealt with was exceptionally pleasant. I initially called from the side of I-25 after my Jeep overheated. The lady who answered the phone explained the program to me and dispatched their tow truck to where I was stranded. The tow truck driver was polite and gave me a ride to the shop. My Jeep was looked at almost instantly by a mechanic. After roughly 20 minutes in their waiting room I was given an estimate. Turns out that my thermostat got stuck. While I waited, they replaced it and added new coolant. I saw my Jeep go on a 10-15 minute road test to verify that there wasn't any other issues. My entire experience with The Garage was textbook perfect. The staff was overly nice, the price was very reasonable, and the service was impressive. One other thing worth metioning is that there was no charge for the tow. I have never been so satisfied in my life. I would go a very long way to get this customer service and craftsmanship again.

If I were you, I will talk to Mark Chavez about buying a car. I already had a deal set up in California where I live. I was in town for one night on business, and I took two buses to get to this dealership just to see a certain color on Nissan Rogue. I had just swam laps, so I was in my gym suit, wet hair, plastic bag in my hand. I definitely didn't look like someone who was going to be buying a new Rogue, or any car for that matter. When Mark approached me, I told him, "Listen, I am only here to look at the color. I don't live here and I don't want to waste your time." He smiled and said "No problem, I don't have anything else to do right now." So we became kind of like friends and we started talking about the car. We checked out a lot of cars. He gave me the prices he could sell the cars for, and I knew his prices were excellent since I had done so much research on the vehicle. I ended up test driving the car to my hotel where our visit ended. Mark said he has sold a lot of cars. He is able to do that because he is a good person as well as a good salesman. If you want a car, do your research, have your questions ready and go see Mark.

Sandia Bmw
This place is awesome. I'm from California and bought my dream car from Sandia. The most valuable player throughout the process was a sweetheart named ROXY COPPINGER (ASK FOR HER!!!!!! SHE IS A DAMN ROCKSTAR AT WHAT SHE DOES) I am not a fan of buying cars at dealerships because of the aggressive salespeople. I will NEVER buy any car again unless it's from ROXY. She was the most helpful woman I have ever come into contact with. You are making a big mistake if you come to this dealership and don't go through Roxy Coppinger. For example: I wanted to add all this extra stuff to the inside of my car and she told me it wasn't worth it, that I would be wasting my money. WHAT CAR SALESPERSON would say that????? She looks out for the customer first then herself. I love this woman. If i was rich I would buy 37 cars just from her. REMEMBER TO ASK FOR......ROXY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK ME LATER, SHE IS AN INCREDIBLE HUMAN BEING. Thanks for all you did! All the best!

Corley's Albuquerque Automotive
My wife and I are the proud owners of two 2004 XC9's. We really enjoy the cars and have low mileage on both. My warranty recently expired, which I didn't know. I took my car in because the left front window and door wouldn't work. Daniel, the service rep, informed me about the expiration and gave me a fair estimate of the repair cost. In all my dealings with both Daniel and Chris, I have always had excellent service. Daniel told me that I could renew my extended warranty and introduced me to Gene Goad. Between Mr. Goad and Mr. Patel, I was able to purchase my warranty. I want to commend all the staff for their extreem courtesy, excellent service and very reasonable and satisfactory terms. Since we purchased our cars from Corley's, we have always had wonderful experiences with all the personnel employed at Corley's. Thank you for providing us with such professionalism and quality in all our dealings with Corleys!

The Garage is "The "Bomb"!!! Last week my son and I were traveling across country from Nashville to L.A. My starter went out in Albuquerque around 11:00 a.m. I called Tim and he said he could get me in fairly quickly so we managed to get the car started and took it straight to the garage. This all happened on the Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend so I'm quite sure Tim was short handed and everyone that was working there was daydreaming of the 3 day weekend coming up! Not a problem!! They got me in, diagnosed repaired and on my way to Grand Canyon National park by 1:45 p.m. I can guarantee you that if I lived in Albuquerque or anywhere near it they would be my exclusive mechanic. I have 7 cats so I know something about mechanics and these guys are good and honest. Thanks Tim and the girls at the desk for taking such good care of us in what could have otherwise been a very bad situation.

Jaguar Land Rover Albuquerque
Have never enjoyed a car as much as my Land Rovers ( have previously owned a Porsche, a Volvo, a Hillman, etcetera.- now have had both Discoverys and LR2s! Wonderful, beautiful, peppy, completely dependable vehicles. And the customer service is beyond compare! Every visit is pleasant, service is quick and the repairs are always perfect. The salesmen and service managers go out of there way to accommodate their customers in every way, every time! They have even returned my vehicle to my office when I had a scheduling problem and couldn't get to them, and you are given a loaner car to use, even if you're just in for an oil change! You are truly treated like royalty every time! Buying is completely stress free- there's no haggling, and salesperson Danny Brink is knowledgable, relaxed, charming, and completely non-pressuring. I am on my 4th Land Rover and can't imagine driving anything else!

Houston Wholesale
I've been a customer for over 10 years and I continue to refer them to everyone I know! They are so generous and caring, they really do care about each and every customer. Recently someone threw a brick at my windshield while on the freeway, I went to the nearest auto glass shop to have it replaced at Horizon auto glass. $250 dollars and 5 hours later I could not believe my eyes, it was the worst quality that I have ever seen, the moldings were so bent up, etc. I couldn't deal with them so I drove to Houston to ask if they would fix it since they are the only dealership I trust. Sure enough Gary ordered all the necessary parts, gave me a loaner vehicle and had it fixed immediately. Even though Houston Wholesale cars had nothing to do with the bad job from Horizon, they still fixed it at no cost! I highly recommend Houston Wholesale cars to everyone I care about!
Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
