AMMRE Property Management has been great. Adriana did a great job helping me find a rental. Highly recommend her to others.

Peak Management Inc
Will never live at a property managed by this company again. They only care about getting units rented, not the tenants. They come into the unit at least once a month, even if nothing is wrong, even if you've lived there for years with no issues. They will have your car towed with not one attempt to contact you first. (tags were expired) They do not respond to messages left. I have been a good, quiet tenant of 5 years who has never caused any problems, yet feel like a criminal. I've been a renter of many places over the last 30 years, and nothing has come even close to this experience with Peak. In fact, I've never had any issues at all with prior apartment management. Peak is special like that..... Summary: They are problem creators, not problem solvers. My advice is to stay away from properties managed by this company.

HME Specialists LLC
I am SO impressed by HME Specialists!! I just came back to town and in urgent need of a particular item; I called ten minutes before close on Friday and it was delivered (with a smile) by end of day Monday. In addition, they took the burden of billing my insurance. The services were prompt and their staff stayed in great contact. If only I could give ten stars!!!

I am not very happy how they have dealt with harassment at my complex especially since I have a long lease. Safety is not of concern. I was told that I need to file a police report if I wanted their help. I have been needing help regarding repairs but it's been difficult to get a hold of that person. I have rented from other management companies like Berger Briggs whom I would suggest since I never had these types of issues.

Care Bridge Inc
Fraud, Scam this duo couple mastermind the fraud game and scam you out of your money, they own three houses get funding from SNAP/ebt., Govt while the husband stays at home with the kids, the wife is a Nurse that steals prescribed meds and deals them out an sales them on the side. I would recommend you report them than give them any type of money as they do not give the services they say they provide

Maddox Management
Honestly the best landlord/tenant situation I have ever been involved with. When I need anything it is taken care of and other than that i am not unnecessarily bothered and that's something i really appreciate.

Nice to find some people who actually care. Best in the business. The insurance companies made the process impossible but HME went the extra mile for us!

Tips & Advices
A trustworthy plumber will have both commercial liability insurance as well as be bonded. The insurance and the bond protects the plumber from paying for any damages made to your house out of pocket. Having professionals that carry both of these policies can protect all of you from any mishaps that could occur while they work on your building.
  • Before calling a plumber, try to unclog your drains and toilets yourself by using a plunger.
  • Make sure you use a standard bell-shaped plunger for your sink and shower drains and a plunger with a flanged end for your toilets.
  • If neither type can loosen the pipe blockage, put a plumber's snake to use.
  • Ratchet the snake down the pipe to eliminate any clogs.
Usually, a leaky or dripping faucet is an easy fix that can be done by anyone who is even slightly handy with tools.. To fix it, first shut off the water under the sink then remove any decorative parts of the faucet and replace the washer and O-ring before reassembling everything.
To keep yourself safe from fraud or a possible scam, always remember to ask plumbers for their license along with a written warranty for their labor. Besides this, further safeguard yourself by checking their references and ensure they or their company is insured and bonded to do their work.
If you're having hot water issues, you can examine the thermostat and adjust it accordingly. If you hear odd sounds coming from your water heater, it could be due to sediment building up. To get rid of this, make sure you clean out the heater every few months. However, if you hear a boiling noise, it could mean the heater is overheating and you should call a plumbing professional as soon as possible.
