Fast Lane
I don't even know where to start? This business and these people customer service all around everything is amazing from the minute you call to the minute you leave I can't even explain how honest and stand up trustworthy Tim is I had a situation with a vehicle that was impounded by Credit Acceptance who I had it financed through had I known how could this company would be? I'm three payments away from paying it off just got it out of being repossessed for the second time I had to pay close to $2,000 each time to get it out a week later they're trying to repossess it again because I was one day late on the payment arrangement and I made a $200 payment instead of a $270 payment so they were going to repossess it over $70 this time? I won't go into details but just say that Tim didn't let that happen he called me immediately and make sure to see what was going on I owe everything to this car repair place the transmission gave out and doesn't run the vehicle so Tim is rebuilding the transmission and he's working with me and for that you don't see that very often anymore not these days people are so crooked always trying to screw you over for a couple blocks let's just say I trust this place and we'll be coming back again for any vehicle repair I'll ever need again. Oh did I mention that day that we took my vehicle and he got my boyfriend's vehicle up and running? His belt broke and as stubborn as my boyfriend is this is the only person to Mom talk to you about that stood up to him and told him he needs to get whatever he had to get done in order for this not to happen again and he told him the belt he had bought was the cheap version. I had just finished trying to tell my boyfriend that and he blew me off but Tim talking to him and explaining it from his mouth made it even more important! He got us out of there fixed up my car is still there being repaired but I trust him fully and don't worry about anything with my vehicle there I know it's in good hands so if you guy

Ive owned many cars and have had many mechanical experiences but none like today. The customer service began yesterday as soon as they answered the phone. Great customer service and professionalism. Long story short i was given previous quotes with multiple places that ended up being 5 times less then the others! To top it off, when i paid they had good news, that the original quote given was $120 less than i expected to pay ! i found a great place to take my cars now and trust their expertise and highly recommend them.

Fast Lane
I recently took in my truck to Fast Lane Automotive and told them that the exhaust manifold was cracked (this is what a different shop had said was wrong) and I wanted it replaced. 30mins later they called me back and said the problem was actually just a small tube that had rusted out and the whole repair would be less than half of the original estimate. They could have easily done what I asked and made more money but instead they went out of their way to save me a lot of cash.

I have 100% confidence that every time I come in the work will be done to my satisfaction. Perfection is always a goal and it is something we all try to achieve, I just appreciate everyone at Fast Lane working so hard to reach that goal. They come as close as you can get to being perfect and that's why I will continue using them, can't get this kind of service at other places I've been to.

Every time I am at Fast Lane Automotive, I am reminded that there are honest mechanics out there, and they are by far the best people to take my car to. They always explain the problem and tell me what really needs fixing, and what can wait. Glad to support an outstanding local business.

I needed some repairs done to my truck. They replaced my belts and hoses that were worn down to nothing. We are glad that our truck doesn’t squeal anymore.

Gotcha Covered Towing
Fast, friendly, and lowest rates I came across. I highly recommend Gotcha Covered Towing for any towing job needed.
Tips & Advices
Yes, most roadside assistance coverage plans offer towing services. There might be certain restrictions, however. For example, the plan may only cover towing services for a certain number of miles. Drivers should check with their providers for details.
Which cars are covered depends on the roadside assistance provider. AAA services are available to members and not specific to any vehicle. As long as members pays their dues and have their membership card on hand, they can use AAA for someone else's car. Generally, auto insurance plans cover the car itself, not the driver, so people can't use their roadside assistance for another. However, details vary between providers, plans and local laws. Drivers should consult with their insurance providers to see whose cars are covered.
Roadside assistance coverage varies depending on the provider. However, they generally include:
  • Tire change
  • Battery jump start
  • Towing services
  • Locksmith service
  • Minimal mechanical labor
  • Delivery of oil, fuel, batteries or other parts
If a driver has a flat tire and no spare, roadside assistance services can deliver a new one. However, these services will not pay for the cost of the tire. That will be the driver's responsibility. Based on the location, some will tow a car to a tire dealer.
Most roadside assistance plans offer gas delivery and service. However, clients are generally responsible for the cost of the gas.
