Federal Relocation Services
Moving from NY to KY within 3 days notice was a huge task for me. It was a sudden decision of leaving NY. I had to find a reliable company but the time was running out and budget was another concern. That time my brother came to the rescue. He gave me the number of Federal relocation services. I called them and discussed with their sales rep. He offered me a very good price and agreed to move us to KY in such short notice. I was not hoping too much but when they completed the move I was happy like anything. No damage done to anything, no additional cost, stress free move and super quick completion. These all made my move a special one. Thanks to everyone of Federal relocation services.

Federal Relocation Services
Federal relocation services is not a new name to me. I have used this company six months ago for an office move and that time they were simply brilliant. That is why just a week ago I hired Federal relocation services once again but this time for a long distance move. They have performed exactly the way I was looking for. Timely arrival of the movers made sure that the start is perfect. They wrapped everything and boxed nicely, dealt carefully with the fragile and sensitive furniture, moved all my stuffs before the allotted time and made sure the safety of my belongings. Their price was reasonable and service was awesome. I guess there was nothing more to ask for.

Like many others I hate to move. But I had to go through this boring and unproductive event. Fortunately yesterday was not an ordinary day. It was completely special. Movers came on time and they began their work immediately. I felt that they knew what they were up to and they were managing the move very efficiently. They packed, moved and stored all my belongings without a single scratch and they were also quite fast. Finally I got a move that I was looking for. From my recent experience I can say that Federal relocation services is a very good moving company.

I salute to the sales rep and the movers of Federal relocation services. They were simply outstanding during my move from Albany, NY to Houston, TX. The way they moved all our belongings from Albany to Houston was amazing. They had their own innovative ideas and they showed that they are master in solving the problems. The team arrived on time and came well prepared to manage the odds; they knew about the nature of the job and made sure that I do not get any chance to complain. I was impressed because they served me a lot better than any other movers.

Federal Relocation Services
I got their number from my cousin and hired them for our move. I felt that they quoted less than the other movers at the very beginning and later when their movers came for the move, I was sure that they are going to provide me a good move. I was right about them. Movers were simply brilliant. They were the best at what they were doing. They never looked tired or stressed. They were fast like anything and accurate as well. It was really great to notice all my stuffs came to the right place within the scheduled time and in one piece.

I do not have proper words to thank Federal relocation services. When I booked them for my move, I had high hope from them because of the reviews that I read online. I had to change the moving date twice but they still managed to accommodate the changes and did not raise any issues. Movers gave their best and the sales rep did everything possible for me. That is after having so many odds and a tight budget I was able to relocate smoothly. I thank everyone of Federal relocation services.

Federal Relocation Services
Recently they have moved us to North Carolina from New York. After experiencing their awesome service and very moderate price I have decided to use Federal relocation systems whenever I need to move again. Punctuality, commitment, dedication and performance are really rare these days especially from the professional movers. But this is such a company which is always concerned to serve the best their customers. I was so impressed with their service that I actually tipped the movers.

About a week ago we moved to Atlanta, GA from Albany, NY. We used Federal relocation services to move our belongings to Atlanta. It proved to be a very wise decision of using Federal relocation services. Their sales rep was very efficient to organize the entire move and the movers were skilled enough to deliver all our belongings within the schedule and kept everything in one piece. Their service was clearly better than any other ordinary movers and price was fair too.

Are looking to hire the best movers of the town? If yes then you are at the right place. Movers of Federal relocation services are the best movers. But do not worry about the price, they are very competitive. I used these movers more than once and they have been just great during my moves. I am sure that these movers can manage any kind of moves without an error. I suggest using them at least once because they won’t let anyone down.

I am sure that there are very few moving companies which are able to match their standards. Last week we moved to Concord, NH from NYC using Federal relocation systems. They have moved all our belongings without any damage and within the allotted time. Their price was fair enough, service was awesome and the movers were really committed. That is why we have experienced a great move in the end.
Tips & Advices
Yes, it’s best to empty drawers, wardrobes and chests before a move. Items always get knocked around a bit, and doors can fly open even if they’ve been taped. In fact, more often than not, movers will want to remove the drawers from a dresser--or disassemble the wardrobe to be more space-efficient.
Yes, it is customary to tip movers, but the amount varies widely. For full-service moves, a 5 percent tip is suggested, although, for extra service, some people go up to 10 percent . For small local movers, you can give each mover $10 for a few-hour job, or $20-$40 for jobs that take longer.
A bill of lading is the legal contract for the move. It provides a detailed receipt, in addition to a contract between the client and the mover. It authorizes the mover to transport the goods from one specific point to another, and it outlines the exact scope of services, with cost breakdown for those services. It also provides an itemized list of the inventory, and carrier liability protection for each declared item. Finally, it specifies the payment arrangement. Make sure to go over your itemized list extremely carefully before finalizing the paperwork--and get a copy of the full document. A good mover will go over everything on the bill of lading with the customer.
There are several items that moving companies will not move – those items will be listed on a document as “non-allowables.” These items typically fall in three categories: perishables, sentimental/personal items, and hazardous material. Perishables are food and plants. Sentimental/personal value is up to the client to decide, but usually includes jewelry, medical and dental records, personal paperwork, valuables and collectibles. Hazardous material is the tricky category, since it includes a lot of everyday items found in the garage, garden or kitchen. For example, cleaning liquids and pesticides both are considered non-allowable by many companies. Some go so far as to disallow nail polish and batteries.
A binding estimate means that the moving company cannot charge more than the stated amount, though they can lower the final bill if the scope of the job was smaller than expected. A non-binding moving estimate is more likely to wind up costing more than expected, since the movers can increase their rates for unforeseen variables like stairs, “long carry” and materials.
