Royalty Roofing, LLC
I had quite a few estimates to replace my roof since it was the original with the home, built in 1994. The estimates varied extensively and I was concerned about the wide array of prices for similar services, to remove the shingles and put on the new underlay and a roof. Jason at Royalty Roofing was the only one who spent extra time explaining the issues with the roof, type of shingles best suited for the roof, suggested a product with a 50 year warranty and was able to identify storm damage on the roof that I was not aware of. I went with Royalty Roofing to complete my roof replacement because of the knowledge, expertise and extra time Jason spent detailing the issues. The new roof looks great and I have a comprehensive 50 year warranty on the roof, install and I am thrilled.Thank you Jason!Brian, Medina Ohio

Frank is a crook!!! Do not use this company. Always has an excuse for non payment. He is a young punk that thinks he is untouchable with no moral compass. He also operates under Freedom NEO Properties LLC and Lucky Touch Fishing Charters.

Haralson Roofing
Haralson Roofing is home to reliable and knowledgeable staff. They completed their task before deadline, and did a marvelous job with my dysfunctional gutters. I’ll recommend them in a heartbeat.

Tips & Advices
The most common types of roofing material are:
  • Asphalt shingles
  • Metal roofing
  • Slate shingles
  • Concrete roofing
Metal roofing material and algae-resistant asphalt shingles are the appropriate roofing material for rainy climates.
Houses located in  areas which are prone to wildfires, should avoid the use of flammable roofing materials such as wood shingles.
Not only should you ask to get in contact with past clients, it is also recommended that  homeowners visit projects currently underway to see how the contractor or company actually performs during a job. You can also go online and check out other customer reviews.
Reputable roofers do offer a warranty against poor workmanship. Additionally, the material used often carries a warranty from the manufacturer against defects (assuming proper installation). It is the homeowner’s responsibility to check on the availability of all such warranties before any work is performed.
