Bad news. Down Hill. Had not been to this store since it relocated. Knowing that a small local fish store does not income a lot of money I forgave that the parking lot was a giant mud hole and the outside of the building looked crappy, I know its the inside that counts. But inside was not looking much better. Selection of both Fresh and salt water fish was very limited, and some of the freshwater fish in multiple tanks looked sickly and malnourished. I also noticed the freshwater tanks had undergravel filters with powerheads but no areators. Aside from that the entire place was filthy. The floor, all equipment, food, and aquariums for sale were covered in all kinds of nasty funk. Im not sure if he cleans up the place in the summer when he sets up ponds and more people are around but it was not looking good while I was there. I had only been to there previous location a couple of times in the past and the selection and over all quality of the store was worth a visit at that time. Since then things have gone downhill and I wont be going back again. Seems like Two Turtles is the only locally owned fish shop around worth going to these days. Just found out today that Wet pets Plus in North Canton closed its doors in September, that used to be my favorite shop but I heard it also went downhill before it closed up. Guess Ill have to start buying rare fish online like everyone else is these days cause theres nowhere to buy them.

I tried a few of the big box pet stores, but never had any luck. The prices were high and the employees weren't that knowledgeable. If you go to Seacave, you should talk to Steve. He has years of experience in the business and can make anything into an aquarium.

The store is very clean. His prices are very reasonable. I only paid 15 dollars for HUGE pajama cardinals.

We traveled all over the state, looking for someone to handle our complex install. We decided on Steve and were very satisfied. His store is clean and his prices are very reasonable. Many people buy online, but you aren't going to find healthy fish at reasonable prices. He gets regular shipments and always has a nice variety of equipment and fish.

My boyfriend and I used to buy fish from here frequently. My boyfriend needed new lights for his biocube and wasn't sure which ones to get, so the owner said if the ones he was looking at didn't fit he could bring them back. So we purchased them. When we got back to our house we realized they were not the right lights. So we immediately called him and he said to bring them back and and he would order the right ones. We took them back a couple days later but the lights were not in so he said he would call when he got them in. We did not get refunded for the lights at this time. A couple weeks later we hadn't heard from him so we called and he said he would send us the new lights in the mail. He sent the wrong lights again so we spent the money to send them back and explain that they were the wrong lights. We requested to have our money refunded. He sent us a check, and it bounced which charged us $15 plus an overdraft fee.... I am fed up with this arrogant man....

You gotta check this place out! All you need is right here...from salt water to education. The owner, Steve, has made this business his life's work and it shows from his vast knowledge to the enthusiasm in which he shares it. He doesn't just sell you fish and supplies,he also does what ever it takes to help you to be a successful aquarium enthusiast. It has taken me a couple of years (I'm a slow learner, as I don't always follow instructions well), but I finally have a salt water tank to be proud of. Thanks Steve!
