I had a problem with my 2012 ML 550 that half the time the remote release of the tailgate would not work. I went both to MB of Plano and Park place 3 times, after they couldn't fix the problem they said that the problem is because there was a coke spill on the latch and that it would not be honored under the warranty. They quoted $3700 to replace it. I had received a mailer from classic and European for a free diagnostic. So I took my car over there, and asked for the free diagnostic without disclosing any knowledge of any problem with it. 30 minutes later they came back to me with the diagnosis of what was wrong - it turns out that my new under warranty vehicle needed a software update to fix the tailgate problem. The car also had a problem with the control arms. I told them that the car must have the latest software because I took it 3 times to the Mercedes dealership. Their Mercedes specialist indicated that he did work at Park Place for over 10 years and showed me that no one had ever polled diagnostic information for my car. Then they adviced me to take my vehicle to the dealership and ask for the latest software as well as the control arms replaced since my car is still under warranty.Zero charge. I go to the MB of Plano and get my car fixed under warranty for free without paying $3700 I can't say enough good things about this place the professionalism and integrity is just second to none. If your faced with a high repair bill or being told the repair isn't covered under warranty, come here first!!

Eagle Transmission
One of the few places in DFW that will actually rebuild rear ends. Needed quick service, as I am an Air Conditioning contractor. I was able to get my truck at closing time the following day. Not only was the work completed as quoted, but they spotted issues with the axles where the carrier bearings rest. They installed a kit to remedy this problem. In all, the rear end was rebuilt, the transmission was serviced, the rear main engine seal was replaced, and the axle issues resolved for about 60% of the cost to have just a used rear end installed (2001 Silverado). Straight forward, and delivers as promised. This is a rare find with today's automotive repair market.

Eagle Transmission
Best experience ever that came out of a major problem with my Hummer. First of all, the entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly (means a lot to me) and the facility was clean. From the first conversation with Rick I felt assured that I had found the right place. They did an awesome job on my transmission for a great price! I was well informed throughout the whole process, and guess what? My price never changed from the quote to the final invoice...these guys work hard for their money...I will be back!

Earmark Car Audio
Every time I'm in the Earmark Addison store it's filled with Bentleys, Ferraris, BMWs and other expensive cars. I would image that the owners of these type of cars are very difficult to please. All of my cars have received excellent work at Earmark.

Tips & Advices
Driver can find the cheapest gas prices by using an app to search for the lowest prices in their area.  Some apps such as Gas Guru take note of your location, and provide a list of gas stations nearby, along with the cost of gas currently being sold at each station.
There are things you can do to slightly improve the fuel efficiency of your vehicle. Make sure your car's tires are properly inflated, and treat your engine to regular tune-ups. Check your engine's air filter, since a dirty air filter will compromise fuel economy.
Drivers must shut their engine off before pumping gas because it's illegal to fuel with the engine running, even though this law isn't always aggressively enforced. Pumping gas with the engine running can compromise your safety. When your car's engine is running, it's possible for its catalytic converters to generate heat that could ignite gasoline, and start a fire.
Even though many gas stations have warnings advising you not to use your cell phone while fueling, the chances of cell phones igniting a gasoline vapor fire are extremely remote. However, fires at the gas pump may be caused by static electricity discharge. For safe fueling, it's recommended that you turn off your car's engine and avoid smoking at the pump. Also, you should never re-enter your vehicle while refueling.
Many factors contribute to the lack of uniformity in gas prices. Retailers consider their tax responsibilities when setting gas prices. States place varying taxes on gasoline retailers, and a state with higher taxes will have higher gas prices than a state in which the taxes are lower. Also, if a gas station is located in an especially competitive area, a branded operator may receive wholesale discounts that allow the station to sell gas at a lower price. This is done by brands to keep their gas competitive in tight markets.
