No problem checking in and getting in the room #126 upon entering our room problems started arising:1)*Beds - there were big dips (sink holes) in them.2)*Toilet - rocked when you sat on it and the seat shifted and would pinch you if you were not careful.3)*Breakfast Buffet - could not take back to your room if you wanted to and also had to give a room number upon entering4)*Service Dog - was told service dog could not go into buffet area with disabled person (& see above)5)*Shower - Hole in ceiling & either had burning hot or ice cold.6)*Head Board chunk out of it7)*Extended screw heads on door & bathroom that you can get caught on.8)*Soap - Needed more soap would have to pay for it9)*Ice machine - machine next to room did not work, no sign10)*Cockroach!!!11)*Phone - did not work, never fixed as promised (6 days)So if you want to share your room with ROACHES, deal with a RUDE STAFF, and have them blatantly break the law with service animals, this place is ideal for you!

Nice hotel conveniently located within 1 to 2 miles of a handful of restaurants, Target, Walmart, Lowes, hair salons, etc.! Really enjoyed my two day stay. Room had a comfortable bed, plasma TV, with a decent sized bathroom & shower. The hotel lacked several things which are important to me.... the business center only had 1 desktop PC & it did not have a printer & the front desk refused to allow me to use their office computer so i could print some forms off a website that I needed to fill out. I did however drive over to the Marriott about 2 miles away & used their business center computer & printer. Next, the hotel only had beverage vending machines & no snack machines. Finally, on the front desk counter, there's a note stating checkout is 11am if you checkout late, you will be assessed a $25 fee. That is a bit ridiculous, but I plan on staying here next time I'm in town as long as they have snack machines next time!
