Grand Lake Lock & Safe

So I sent a lock to this company roughly 4 to 5 weeks ago. It took them a very long time to actually finish the lock. When they sent it back they put the mounting plates on backwards. When I asked them just to send me mailing labels to send back so they could fix their mistake she said she would just refund me for what I paid for the lock. I paid close to 20 dollars in shipping for labels there and return to my address so now I am out this. Also I did not receive my refund of the 30 dollars for a lock that is not mountable the way they sent. I am attaching photos showing how they put backwards. They should have taken a picture of the lock when taking apart and this would not have happened. The lady I spoke to said she would refund my money and I was trying to ask her a question and hung up in my face. I was being totally polite and reasonable. I also called her a few times hoping that it was her service with no answer. Also sent multiple text that I will upload screenshots as well. Im showing the text so you can see the no response and also how polite I was. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Had to call due to a home lock-out on a Sunday. The phone was answered promptly and professionally. The Master Locksmith(my designation) arrived quickly and had my door open in seconds. The price was VERY reasonable, especially for a Sunday call out. Turns out he is also very personable as well as a true professional. Grand Lake Lock & Safe is definitely my go to for any of the needs mentioned in his listing.
