Professional behavior and work. He provided a more exhaustive list detailing the condition of my chimney than my home inspector. I could tell by the way he explained everything to me he was a specialist who really knew what he was talking about. It was my first home and first chimney so he even stuck around after the cleaning to show me how to operate and maintain it for the future, as well as what to look out for while operating the fireplace. Very helpful, quick, and lowest price in town. Will be scheduling with them yearly and referring my neighbors and friends to them.

The owner and his wife personally came to my house to service my fireplace. They we're very professional and courteous. Customer service is hard to find these day's and I've found it with this company. They will be doing all my work in the future as well as many of my friends and family that have a fireplace.

He had his crew out to my home that day, unfortunately he was not there to supervise and they threw the junk from gutters everywhere including on my outdoor furniture.
