Banfield Pet Hospital

I appreciate the follow-up call after I brought in my puppy the other day. The staff really do care about their patients and checked on my puppy's progress after our appointment.

Worst vet ever!!! Takes so long to get appt and scripts filled. When you call they make everything seem like a burden. Wait time is awful when you get there too. Always used Bangield before and they were good on the east side. Switched to this Banfield and it's the worst thing I've ever done. Used to get scrips filled within the hr, could make appt for the following day, could schedule dental appts for the following week. Woodhaven location is months out for everything. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Banfiield Vet in Woodhaven is a a poor excuse for a vet. They have become down right nasty to deal with and seem to be only concerned with making more money off me and could care less about the treatment of my pet. He had a heartworm test done in January and I was given an prescription for a year of heartworm/flea protection. My dog didn't need it until May, but I wanted to avoid another office visit charge in May. When I tried to fill the script in May, they wouldn't authorize it because they claimed they had no proof the dog had coverage in from Jan-May. I had to go back in and get ANOTHER heartworm test performed on the dog and then they have the balls to deny authorization of the SECOND order, stating their office policy is a heartworm test EVERY SIX MONTHS. I called 7 per vets....including 4 other Banfields....their office policies and STATE requirement is ONE HEARTWORM test PER YEAR. This place sucks.

They're all very helpful in answering all my questions. Everyone really cares about my dog, Willow. Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and patient with Lady. They provide very pleasant service and they're timely and efficient.

Great pet hospital with attentive staff. It's clean and organized and the staff are very helpful and the vets are nice!

I went here one time, It was supposed to be affordable but they get your moeny in other ways. Most questions I ask the "vet" she did not know. Ask the store employees is what she said to most of my questions. (pet smart) I felt as if it was her first day and NO Training what so ever, NO experience, I would NOT recommend any one going here. My 8 and 11 year old daughters said is she just a helper because she knew almost nothing. Don't waste your time or money, but Don't risk your dogs health either.

My dog has been misdiagnosed, and I spent over $1,000. After 8 months, they still can't diagnose him right, and my dog is constantly suffering. I would never recommend this pet hospital!
