        I stepped into the cryotherapy machine and it went completely around my body. When everything started I felt everything get cold and I had to stand there for two and a half minutes where I started shivering but yet I still felt like I was cooling at -200 degrees. Afterwards all my soreness was gone and the inflammation in my shoulder went down.
