We give this Law Firm and especially Seth Meyerson 5 stars; when we called to get information about a tenant/landlord situation Attorney Meyerson was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Most Attorneys speak in lawyer jargon that makes it difficult so that you will have to pay big money just to get an understanding, but not Attorney Meyerson gave me step by step instructions and then offered his expertise on an as needed basis; with the cost for future needs. While I wrote a review before my discharge, three weeks after I was bit with a large bill from the Servicer on the mortgage. I reached out to Mr. Gardner's office and tried texting Mr. Gardner, as I did not understand the demand of money or the loan would be accelerated. The response I was given was to go to office max and fax discharge paperwork, now I find out or so the Service provider says, my lawyer did not file some kind of paperwork. I don't know the laws I just know the federal government discharged. I have no more money, credit points taken away for what was not filed. And can't even get a email, text or phone call. But the lawyer was paid in full!

Mr. Gardner handled my chapter 13. As all cases they all are different, but there is no doubt Mr. Gardner will handle it! Forget the rest just hire the best. Mr. Gardner is good and has a awesome portal to communicate and upload documents. Saving time and a great way to communicate.
