        Brandywine Academic Services provides educational assistance to elementary, middle school, high schoool, and home school students in Northern Delaware. The hallmark of Brandywine Academic Services is our Signature Learning Program. Designed to focus on the immediate and long term needs of its tutees, individuals receive weekly tutoring in the designated subject area, along with monthly group study skills sessions and regular communication with the classroom teacher. Brandywine Academic Services also offers traditional tutoring, homework help, and SAT prep. Tutees can enroll in one-on-one, small group, or classroom sessions. Employing only experienced and certified teachers, tutees can be confident that they are receiving exceptional help Brandywine Academic Services employs motivating tutors that have a genuine interest in your child's academic success. Each of our tutors has been screened, possesses a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, and has relevant teaching experience. Whether your child is enrolled in a private, small group, or classroom session, our tutors strive to create a personalized learning program that promotes independent thinking and learning.

        Study Skills course

        Robin, the tutor, was able to successfully help my high school junior develop much improved study habits and note taking skills. I had requested a study skills course and Brandywine Academic Services was able to put together a terrific course. The course was for 8 sessions and each session, conducted most of the time in our home, lasted 60-75 minutes. The 8 sessions were held over 8 weeks. After each session, I received a written report as to what my son covered, how he was doing, and whether he was mastering the subject material. My son and the tutor hit it off quite well. He verbalized to me that the study skills course had really helped him focus. He subsequently, in the same semester, got 4 A's and 2 very high B's and was able to successfully get out of taking 4 of his 6 scheduled finals due to stellar performance. We attribute much of his recent success to the study skills course. I highly recommended Brandywine Academic Services.

        Customized Program to Fit Individual Learning Style & Needs

        The services provided exceeded my expectations. A very individualized program was developed and we did not receive a one size fits all approach. I like the fact that the services were provided in my home which saved time.



        Help was received with school work habits including time management, organizing, reading skills, note taking and test studying.



        The tutor was exceptionally helpful with science and math. The tutor was caring and made a connection with my child. The tutor was also flexible during finals and provided the required extra support.



        My child's grade saw an immediate improvement after the first 2 seesions.
