Ace Fuel Oil Company

I called 1/25 to set up a date to have oil delivered and had the worst customer service experience in my life and that's saying something. I've never left a review anywhere until this experience but it was so bad that I felt inclined to do so. The lady that answered the phone made it sound like I was inconveniencing her the second she got on the phone. To be honest, I still don't know if I was actually speaking to an Ace representative because she answered the phone with an oh so friendly "hello". End result, told her nevermind and she happily hung up on me. All in all, terrible experience and I will never call them again.

Called Cochran and they were fantastic.
