Royal People Nails & Facial

I sat in the salon for 57 minutes. I arrived at 3:40 and no one got to me by time it was 4:30. I waited a bit longer, three women who arrived, at 4:20 were taken ahead of me. All of us were getting full gel sets. I assumed they had an appointment. So I asked one of three women if they had an appointment 'No, we just randomly wanted our nails done' The man stepped back to take the last woman in and said 'they came before you'. I stared at him in disbelief, he laughed and said 'Oh well' I walked out needless to say.
