I was involved in a accident about 2 weeks ago. I had damage to my back bumper, door, trunk, and wheels. I sent my car to them from a friend of mine that told me to take it there. I have a BMW and figured that only the dealer would be able to fix it but it would take forever. I took it to them and from my first interaction with Lance, the owner, I felt like I had no worries about my car being fixed to the absolute best. I got my car the other day and they knocked it out of the park! My car looks brand new and handles like it was a band new car. They did a fantastic job and would call me to let me know what was going on and the time frame. They even fixed a few minor things that were not due to the accident. By far the best place to take your car for anything. I will be bring all of my card there for any work and telling everyone to bring their car there for any type of work!

In todays service industry, it's refreshing to find a body shop that provides excellent repairs. I was referred to Knudsen Bros Collision by my neighbor but almost didn't go there because it was a bit of a drive. But I'm glad I did. Cliff, the owner promptly greeted me and gave me a quick lesson on the insurance procedure and repair process. My claim was professionally handled start to finish and I didn't have to get involved. The end result: my car looks great and I'll never go anywhere else.
