They sold me a $5000 maxima se that they Bondo over rust and rot, after one winter it was rusted all over the body, rear subframe and front radiator support . The car could not pass inspection. They painted over the Bondo work and matched the color pretty well, when I called them about the issue they hung up on me. And on top of all that when I took the car under warranty to fix the catalytic converter they switched the new brake rotors with old ones. Beware THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST!!!! THE CAR WAS A $5000 JUNK YARD CAR... there was even a problem at one of the transmission sensors!!! They paint cars right inside the garage at the car lot... I'm going to try to post a picture of the rest I'm talking about.

I had my eye on a car they had on the lot for about a week. I called up on my day off and went down for a test drive. Traffic was rough so I had the car for probably about 45 minutes. Allen called me, asked where I was, and told me someone else was there to see it. Okay, sure thing, I make my way back and was ready to make an appointment to get a pre-buy inspection. He basically shoos me away and wasn't willing to talk to me. Turns out, he basically had already sold the car while I was test driving it. Thank you for wasting my time, Allen.

If you don't have any skills working on cars, you should not buy a car from this dealer. I purchased a 1999 ford F150 from these guys, and if I had to pay a mechanic to do the work I did, it would have cost me another $3200.00. It all started with changing the plugs only to end up removing the top end of the motor. The plugs were new, but they were the wrong plugs, 5 brocken coils, Coil on pasangers side all the way in the back was being held in with a piece of cedar shingle wedge between the coil and fuel rail because the bolt to hold the coil was snapped off. The more I kept removing the more i noticed what needed to be replaced. There prices are cheaper them most, but if you can't fix it yourself you wont be getting a good deal. I spent $500.00 for all the parts, including 2 upper control arms, 1 CV axle shaft, 4 new shocks, front brake pads were new, but cheap junk that started cirping 5 miles on my ride home after picking the truck up. Replaced transmission selector sensor, valve cover gaskets due to oil leaking, intake gaskets were all cracked, coolant was dirty and needed to be changed, serpentine belt was cracked, radiator hoses looked like they were original, 5 new coils, 8 correct plugs, 2 knock sensors. replace weather stripping on drivers door due to leaking first time it rained, 1 ujoint and lube drive shaft slip yoke, started making the clunk on the way home due to slip yoke needing to be lubed, drill and tap upper intake so i could throw the cedar shingle away. $5.00 for one bolt from Ford. The warranty they offer is also a joke. 50% on parts and labor and they do the work. I could have taken the truck back to them, but I wanted the work done right. The $3200.00 I mention is after calling The dealer and 2 local mechanics and getting a quote. $3200.00 is on the low side. Buy at your own risk. I love the truck, and I still received a good deal, but only because i could do all the work that needed to be done.

Anybody have any dealings with Allan, the owner ? I did see a car I was interested in and spoke to him personally. The engine and body looked sound. But after reading these reviews. I'm not sure if I should proceed any further. If he screws me, he'll get a free trip to the ER...... READ !!!.My sister bought a 2001 Lincoln Town Car from this joint on Sept,13,2014. For $3000. Alan was the salesman. Before the car was purchased, It was brought to Tilden's on Post Road. He found 4 things wrong with the car 1) seat motor didn't work. 2) headlight lens had condensation. 3) needed brake pads and rotors all 4 wheels, 4) Steering had a lot of play. The mechanic wrote down the problems on a list (copied) and it was given to Alan. He assured all would be fixed. The day she picked up the car she paid Allen cash and a check . She noticed the seat was not fixed and questioned Allan. He said "the part would be in Monday". After dozens of phone calls and 3 promises that the part would be in. Nothing has been done. My sister can't drive the car because she is very short and can't reach the pedals. If Alan had any integrity, he would have fixed the seat motor. But refuses to do so. Next Monday Oct,13,2014 The 30 day warrenty will end. My sister even told Alan she would split the price of the motor. And if Alan has not fixed the seat motor by Monday. He will be getting a visit from myself and some of my Special Forces colleagues. I warned him when we first met that I don't play around. This dealership is a SHAM and a Bunch of SHYSTERS. DO NOT even waste your time and go there, Alan is a weasel, fast talker, Liar, and Scumbag. Do NOT Deal with them !!! This post is going up on my sisters 2 websites and also on mine. And to be shared on my Facebook with all my friends.

This dealer is not a good or nice person. My husband and I looked at a truck and put a deposit on it because the gentleman who talked with us assured us the deposit was refundable. There were a few issues to be fixed but he assured us they would fix them and when we test drove it again and were not happy, the owner would gladly refund us our money. My one mistake was not to research this business. His reviews were horrible, I didn't want to buy the truck and after talking with my husband we agreed we were not comfortable. We drove to RI, we live in Mass and asked for our deposit. The owner, Mr. Lisa began to profusely swear at my husband. My husband calmly apologized and he kept swearing. It just proved to us we had made the correct decision and not purchase from the dealer. Buyer beware-they are not nice people and by other reviews do shoddy work and can't be trusted. He did return our money with a check that cleared but what a headache.

The owner, Rich, said he would...

The owner, Rich, said he would hold a car for me for a couple days until a time we scheduled for me to look at it. I called the day before I was to come down to confirm things and left a voice message but without a returned call. I then called the day of, and was told they were closing early––before the time I had scheduled to look at the car. I told them of the appointment and they were surprised and asked what car it was. I told them, and they said they believed it was already sold. I was told to call back in an hour and a half to talk to another salesman to see if it was indeed sold. I then remembered that I should have asked for Rich, though, and called back immediately but was told Rich would not be available for a few minutes. I called back after a few minutes, but Rich still wasn't available, so I left my number for a zillionth time to be called back. I was never called back, and I won't follow up with them because I'm sure it was sold and Rich was avoiding me––or at least they don't seem on top of things enough to feel confident I'd be buying a decent car with them.

BUYER BEWARE!

These are some of the shadiest guys I have ever dealt with. I purchased a car from them and it was nothing but trouble. When I took it back to them, they pretty much used a duct tape method to fix everything. They disconnected my check engine light or blew the bulb purposly so I would not complain anymore. They did not assemble the brakes correctly causing me to almost get into an accident because I had a brake problem. They left a ton of screws, nuts, and bolts missing everywhere. And lastly, they inspected the car illegaly and since they messed with the check engine light the car can never be inspected again unless I pay thousands of dollars to fix everything that should have been fixed in the first place.

BEWARE! ---- STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

PUTTING SAFETY AT RISK...

I PURCHASED A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP LESS THAN A YEAR AGO AND I JUST HAD TO JUNK IT DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF PROBLEMS IT HAD. I BROUGHT THE CAR IN ON 3 SEPERATE OCCASSIONS FOR THE SAME ISSUE FOR THEM TO FIX (PER LEMON LAW RULES LAWSUIT CURRENTLY PENDING) AND ON MY LAST VISIT THEY DISCONNECTED MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT SO I WOULDN''T BOTHER THEM ANYMORE! MY CAR IS NOW A 5000 POUND PIECE OF GARBAGE THAT I PAID OVER $5000 FOR. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND WILL RISK PUTTING YOU IN DANGER!
