Stoney Knob Cafe

My spouse and I have had dinner here many times. While the food is good and service are good. The owner is not very friendly.

We look forward to our time in the mountains so we can eat at the Stoney Knob. I book my vacation time in Asheville before or after the Stoney Knob closes for the holiday. (Although, I won't have to worry about that this year, they are open except for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, the day after Christmas and New Years Day) A friend told me about it and met my family and I there a few years ago and it has been our favorite ever since. Every meal we have is different from the last. There is so much to choose from it is hard to find a favorite because I want to try everything. The Greek pastries are awesome and the dinner entrees are so good we each get something different and sample each others meal. I wish there was a restaurant in So. Fla. that had this menu. The place has some wild decor and the waitresses and waiters decorate the menu's themselves. Pretty cool. The wait staff is very courteous and they get my vote for the best southern hospitality in the area.
