Lonestar Stained Concrete

I would actually give this company zero stars but the minimum score here is one star. For starters, the customer service is HORRIBLE. The owner is an arrogant arsshole, and the workmanship and quality of their products are also horrible. Less than 5-yrs ago I paid to have my front porch and walkway, and my back patio and pool deck area redone with stamped concrete. What was supposed to be a 3-4 day job, turned into months to finally be completed. The color of the stamped concrete that I chose was a dark gray, but within only 3-4 months in the hot Texas sun it had completely faded to a very light colored gray, not even close to the original color. When I finally got them out to take a look at it, the owner told me it was faded because I wasn't taking proper care of it... he said I was supposed to "mop" it regularly? Who mops their outdoor front porch and walkway, or their outdoor pool deck? I told him that I hosed it off regularly when it got dirty, but again, he tried to blame it on me not caring for it properly. To make matters worse, within a year the surface began cracking, peeling and chipping away. I called numerous times over a 2-month period to have them come out and fix it, but they completely blew me off... so now I'm stuck with a faded out surface, that's crumbling apart. A total waste of $7,000.. that's now going to cost me double to have demolished and redone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We used this company for our new home. They lied to us several times about the several different items and timelines, finally pushing back the closing date costing us more money. My wife cried at the job they did to our bathroom. Just horrible. Had to spend double the money to fix it!
