While the previous note indicated a less than stellar performance, my experience was excellent. They were on time, professional, and very helpful. Did an meticulous clean-up job, put up with my goofy golden retriever, and made sure everything was working and that I understood everything before they left. They even took a moment to adjust the opener in my barn which was not working right. They sprayed the main spring, explained that LED can affect the electronics. All I could initially find was an LED and guess what...it didn't work and as soon as I found two old-fashioned light bulbs it worked perfectly. Again, both technicians were courteous and made sure I was satisfied.

They did a crappy job on our door installation. It was uneven and did not close properly. The workers did not ask before leaving if we were satisfied. Once I did look at the door I contacted them and told them we were unsatisfied and asked for it to be fixed and they refused. So we didn't pay. We did end up paying it once it was taken to court and swallowed our pride now almost seven years later my husband and I find out that the judgment that was paid still shows up as an open judgment case on our credit reports affecting both our credit in a negative manor. When I called to have it taken care of the lady who takes care of accounts refuses to talk to me and I have to wait until the owner comes in. Evet time I have called I have been told that is who I needed to speak to. If this crappy company doesnt take care of the damage they've done to my credit and my husbands credit due to not be closed out once paid. BEWARE OF THE BAD WORK AND LACK OF CARING ONCE YOU ASK THEM TO FIX IT!!!!
