        I walked into the store, and there were two gentlemen I was barely if at all greeted, by one. I was there to actually purchase a sofa. I found the sofa that I wanted, however, I explained to the young man that was eventually sent downstairs behind me, my decision as to where I will spend my money is 95% percent decided by how I am greeted when I walk into the store. If, I do not feel welcome, then, I am sure that my cash is not wanted.
