Owens Lake Commons Apartments

Terrible experience at this place. After we traveled about 12 hours to move my son into these apartments, his unit was filthy. It had not been cleaned from the previous tennants...dirty dishes were still in the dishwasher, food crumbs in cabinets, carpet stained, bathrooms dirty, and stank terribly. The front door frame was loose which caused about an inch gap where the feezing cold air came in. They kept adjusting it, but it never stayed fixed. The dryer kept messing up. I left post-dated checks for each month like they suggested, so I wouldn't have to mail them and they would have them on time. They would hold them they said. However, they ran ALL the checks through at once, even though they were in envelopes marked to hold. What a nightmare to fix! The guy responsible was terribly rude, and the manager was worse. There was one older lady who was kind, which I appreciated. Terrible experience!

consider going to a facility that will not take advantage of you and that may provide some customer service, because you will not find it here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
